We had a lot of blood moons recently, mostly in the Global North...I am glad we are now able to see one in this part of the world. A great sign this September

Blood Moon weh I saw yesterday Sept 6..in Aba at around 5pm during Nigeria vs Rwanda match.

The information here about Nigeria own is misleading.

Bros Solar Eclipse is when the moon comes between earth and sun, that implies day time for the part of the earth experiencing it.The same is true of Lunar eclipse which is the earth coming in between the sun and moon. This also implies night as the earth in between will result in darkness at the side of the earth adjacent to the moon

But there is a part of the earth not experiencing it doesn't mean it's not happening and so your post is useless. The point stands that luna eclipse can happen in the daytime in some places like I said. So what's the point of your post ?

I'm such a huge fan of stargazing and the likes, wish I had better equipment to capture this rare occurrence

The sky is cloudy with lightnings over here in Bwari-Abuja.

Apart from this update though.. blood moon is not new. I've been seeing it in Bwari-Abuja here over the years. Especially during December period.

Who has seen or experienced the phenomenon.
