Did you guys read the news of the Ukrainian lady killed in a bus in the US state of North Carolina? I re-watched the video almost seven times.
The girl was on her phone peacefully, only for the guy to come from the back, and stab her, unprovoked. Like, she didn't talk to him or anything oh.

Sometimes, when I read things happening in that country, I can't help but wonder what's really going on there. The killer has previously been arrested 14 times for violent crimes, and they keep releasing him.

It seems their judicial system is useless too, although not as useless as the Nigerian justice system.
