You-all keep saying basey basset, where' as the live scores says Dessers be the goal scorer. Ko yemi oo
That Bassey's run, move and performances so far has been spectacular. Livescore is a commentary app. Someone might have entered wrong information there.

Infact delete that App called Livescore.

The guy is speaking the truth.

What did nigeria played in '06, '10, '14 '18, '22 fifa cups! Think.

Even nations league, after 2013, who know us again!

Apart from club football, nigeria is dead. Period!
Bro give this current Nigeria squad a proper tactician and upto 5 days proper camping, they will beat anyone In Africa.
What we lack is proper team building and the attitude of the boys strolling into camp 1 or 2days to a game is not helping. 2 training sessions under an average coach can't build a cohesive team.

South African Bafana is a better team currently.
I am just watching this match for patriotism.
Super Eagles aren't playing good football.
I don't think we can win this match playing like this.
They need to show more hunger and determination to get something out of Bloemfontein.
With that kind of rubbish pitch abi, u no dey see say even the south Africa dey find am difficult to control the ball, abeg these guys are trying jor

Lucky goal that VAR would have chalked off.

Moses has no business starting the second half.

The South Africans themselves are jittery.

Highlight of the first half.........

Why FIFA approved this kind of pitch?
It's even affecting both team's flow.
Nevertheless, this our super eagles are not really super so to speak. Their transition with the ball is too slow, hence they are struggling to beat all those small teams easily
its called home, and its part of their advantage because i know SA have good pitches this intentional, if you notices too they fair better on it

These SAns are already creating some funny narratives about Bassey's goal. Do I even blame them? No — the Super Eagles put Naija in this situation.

God bless your wisdom. One guys was saying what of the CHAN that underperformed in recent competition. He did not think of wrong selection of players owing to corruption. There are better players scattered over the country. Because of their social status, they are left behind. Only a very few manage to reach there.
Why is corruption selective of male competitions and not females own in Nigeria?
Falcons and Tigress just won things in glamorous way.

When did they(africans) start to be included in the world cup or international football!

A Nigerian of all people calling others "noisy"? Lol
Yes, you need to see what you South Africans say about Nigeria in your social media space. It makes me wonder when SA started playing competitive football game. Ghana? Yes, Ghana is a big name in the continental football. South Africa? Nah, those ones are just a bunch of amateurs trying to learn the game.

He cant doing anything from that angel that area is playing is sloppy high if you look at it well. His pattern of play is like that of doku of man city. He can't easily take that ball up. Second half will be the game changer when he can play slope down. Iwobi isnt even doing his job cant hold ball at all. Cant beat opponent to create space for attackers.
he should just cross..you can't play fancy football in a pitch like this

Those claiming it was a hand ball, how would he have jumped such height without his hands stretching forward for a brace when he lands. It was a ball to hand... Even if there was a VAR the referee still has the final say which might be goal or disqualified based on his judgment...

If you have HBP or very emotional in nature avoid super eagles, they're not always serious.

I won't be surprised if they later lose this match. Apart from competing as the best dressed team what else do they do whenever they manage to make it to the WC? undecided

If you always play the game just to get the result, you will not win any thing tangible in life.

You need style of play

Have you ever seen a boxer entered the ring without any offensive and defensive tactics! He will be destabilise along the way.

Well... the problem with super-eagles is politics.

Like I said its the 3 point that matters sometimes not by how beautiful you play but by getting the desired result when it mattered most

Funny enough, all our strikers are all-star yet they're struggling in a walk over qualifier group.
I would suggest the NFF gets an experienced coach for an unabridged 3 years contract.
No connection to get to play for the national team, and our national team B should receive more focus for an improved performance.

Whether handball or no handball, why carry such an important match to VARless stadium.
The evil they planted shall winch them today. It was a devilish plan.
