Nigeria needs to have a labour law that will compel all companies/HR people to give feedback to all job applicants who applied for advertised positions.

If you cannot handle a personal project like delivering a good CV, but choose to contract it out, why should an employer trust you to deliver on any organizational project without you trying to cut corners?
Little things like this tells you who is a stand up applicant and who is not. Seeking advice on how to get your CV up to standard is not an issue, depending on such service is wild!
