Go and check why results were cancelled and reruns ordered in various polling units all over the country after the first round of election.
Only for those places there are inconclusive elections..
And the major reasons for those inconclusive elections were cancellations due to extreme violence..
(They were never due to “Over-Voting”)

IREV is Not useless
If something has NO LEGAL VALUE, then it is useless in itself, and also very useless in the court.

Folks like you who want to forcefully turn the platform to a collation platform or a depository to scoop evidence to challenge election results are the ones having problem with the portal. That is not what it was designed for.
First of all,, WHICH LAW EXACTLY IS IT THAT DESIGNED THE IREV-PORTAL TO BE THE VIEWING PORTAL YOU SAY IT IS.?? QUOTE THE LAW LET US SEE IT TOGETHER.

Secondly, If the results on the so-called IREV-PORTAL is totally different from the supposed REAL RESULTS, and you discovered that the discrepancy is too much, but you cannot challenge the discrepancy, doesn't it mean that you are viewing ABSOLUTE RUBBISH on the so-called VIEWING PORTAL.?

I never intended or assumed the IREV-PORTAL to be a Collation Platform, rather it is an electronic repository of results, (it might be what you meant as “depository”) where what you see on the repository is a true representation of what is on ground, and where there are noticable discrepancies, anybody can dispute it vehemently, because the law supported that the repository is supposed to be the same thing with the true results.

The reason why no petitioner had disputed the content of the IREV-PORTAL is because the Judges disabled the Legality of the IREV-PORTAL from the very beginning, and therefore anything it contains has no legal standing.

There is no need over-flogging this very issue.

.......and you don’t need to come here every week to open endless threads about IREV.
A day will definitely come when the IREV-PORTAL becomes very useful in our elections..

Until then, continue to say whatever that suits the current realities..

Once you cross the ward level, what gets collated at the local level is result as entered in form EC8B. So, why do you need BVAS again at the local, state and national levels of collation when all your agents have signed and confirmed the authenticity of the result as collated at the wards and other levels? You want BVAS machines of each polling units and forms EC8A brought to national collation center in Abuja to do what exactly?
RELAX...

There had not been any genuine DISPUTES OF RESULTS so far.

When a genuine dispute arises,, even if at the final Collation Center,, all the various BVAS-MACHINES of ALL the affected Polling-units will have to be transported to the venue of the Final Collation Center -- According to the Section-64(6)(b) of the Electoral-Act-2022.

Those big tv screens placed at strategic places to see how things are going.

Then, all of a sudden, those people who placed those big tv screens started saying that those screens are not actually showing how things are going in the real sense of it.

Yet they left it on and still be telling the people to be watching it -- because it is supposed to be showing how things are going, but they will still come back again to tell the people that those screens are still not actually showing how things are going after-all.

So, if they know that the big tv screen is not showing the actual thing, why exactly are they convincing the people to be viewing it?
It doesn't change a thing…
Is it working? Yes
Is it fully optimized? Not sure it's 100%
Can they improved on it? Yes, defiantly
Is it illegal? No

Nigeria's politicians are examples of a thief that secured a property in the day, gives his master the belief that his properties are secured but B4 closing for work, he creates 7 doors to come at night to steal.
The electoral law should have mentioned the electronic/gadgets the inec was using for the election so as no to give a corrupt judge to reinterpret the meaning for something else

Its an harmless self-initiative.
Does it bridge any law? This kind of a thing doesn't need to go to senate before implementing na or what harms does it causes anyone?

See how you just diverted.!!

It's a pity..

..

Nevertheless,, the Smart-Card Reader was once also “such” a harmless self-initiative of the INEC which suffered “such” serious DISREGARD and ABANDONMENT which the IREV-PORTAL is currently suffering right now.

It was not not against the Law, but the law didn't support it.
As a result, nobody took it seriously again, until the Electoral-Act-2022 gave it a full legal backing.

..

So, you can continue to say anything you like.
The day for the IREV-PORTAL And other better Election-Results Management Platforms are established in our laws.

That's just the end-point.

Only the Police-copies and the Party-Agents copies were mentioned in the Electoral-Act for now (both for the Polling-Units and Collation Centers).

And that's what we have to continue to work with for now.

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE..!!
Most probably Yes.
So by now I expect political parties to be readying their PU agents for now.

So far, the politicians in the upcoming Anambra Elections are still taking things like everything is still very normal.

Come and pay consultancy fee. Then you will get a proper legal opinion or go and look for the Act and tell us yaself. And also state then position of judicial interpretation in respect thereof. Mbok.

Guess what ? I took a picture of the result sheet of my polling unit and checked on irev after elections . Guess what it was correct. Let anyone who has proof that the polling unit results changed present discrepancies .

If polling units are rigged during elections , how did the party reps sign? ! Lets assume that they were bribed, is that inec's fault ?
Show us the two. Mine aligned.

Forget about judges, show the world hundreds of result papers that are different from what INEC declared. If you can do that, even thr judges will be concerned. You have to show enough that could have changed the eventual results.
The problem is that Obi didn't even show any because he couldn't find any.
I can guarantee you that Obi and his mob would have pasted all over social media for the world to see if they have just 10 10 result sheets that differs from what INEC eventually reported. Their antecedents tells me that would have been the case.
Bro what of the case of that Rivers sheet that there were lot of cancellations of LP votes?

The Nigerian Judges had made Legal Opinions so useless.!!

Sorry that I said this.
But that's the truth.
