Alot of people last used ear cotton buds to clean their ear when they were kids.
One must be very careful when cleaning the ear so as not to damage the ear drum.
When last did you clean your ear ?

Actually, you are not supposed to clean the inside of ur ear. It is self cleansing.

Just clean the outer ear lobe and you are good to go.

There are exceptions though. When you have an object blocking the ear drum or canal, you go to hospital for proper medical attention.

Did yesterday, day before yesterday, doing right now..... It's more of an habit to me these days.... But there's always something drawing me to cotton bud, I think I need a doctor.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Everyday after showers. It has become a routine. Most times cotton pods don't clean it up entirely. It can even push some portions deep inside the ear. Thank God for the pen cap of my Bic biro. It is doing more wonderful jobs than cotton pods. 👍✌️💯

I have it at home, I do it like every two weeks or whenever I felt something in my ears. It is just N100 for cheap ones and they get the job done.

Very sweet for cleaning the ears but dangerous as well. I have had series of ear inflammation because of my addiction to cotton buds

This is the point that many experts have reiterated. Really, if the hear is blocked with wax the problem is something far from not using cotton bud to totori the hear.

This cotton bud issue is confusing, I used to use it but I've stopped due to different articles I read about the danger of cotton bud and also the ability of the ear to self-clean.
One day, I woke up with a blocked ear due to excess wax in my ear. I had no choice but to use cotton wool and match stick because I was almost going deaf.

My question is how often does the ear self-clean?

I did this week but it hurt sometimes. It's not good, so I read.

I believe you are just having an itchy ear and I don't it warrants plugging cotton bud into your ear daily.

Like 2/3 times a day. Sometimes more even when there's no real dirty/wax I just wet cotton bud and clean the canal
