I'm not confusing anything.... It's a misplaced priority... I didn't say it's not a problem, but there are more serious problems in d educational sectors... I see governors turning dis into a trend and dis is not a major problem

The news was on this nairaland.com last year. That governor made a law that all school aged children must be in school, I think from primary to secondary for free. Which one again is your problem?

Every private institution is just exploiting their clients in this country.
Why is it a must for students to buy books from the school? Can't a textbook used by a cousin in clean condition not do?
