iamoyindamola:Rohr is not the Alpha and Omega of Super Eagles, coaches better than Rohr have been sacked, his time passed and he got sacked...didn't help that the football he played was atrocious. The succession plan was a mess, and that's why we're here today, and not because we sacked Gernot Rohr. Super Eagles was the longest stint in Rohr's managerial career, everywhere else he was promptly fired, of all coaches to get stuck on his nuts, it shouldn't be Rohr. |

Theflint1:Yes he's not the Alpha and Omega but we were doing well all round performance was good too |

iamoyindamola:We sacked Rohr since 2021, best case scenario was he handled the playoff against Ghana for 2022 World Cup and he got sacked after the World Cup (assuming he qualified). He had done one World cup prior and got disgraced, and did a Nations Cup with a bronze medal, playing horrid football. The man did his bit, we can't be crying Rohr 4 years after his sack...he wasn't that special. |

Theflint1:You are not getting it We haven't done any better than what we sacked him for |

BlueRayDick:You for no waste ink. Prospa na Odogwu of one-way thinking. Hin dey always reason like ruler. For him, you must be either for Obi or PBAT. He does not appreciate that one can support Obi, and still commend PBAT for a good policy like I have done a few times, so he's been trying to stick that PBAT label on me for the longest time. So his post is in furtherance of that. liveLongNprospa:Baba, no dey play support striker. ![]() Feel free to counter and fact-check me anytime wey you feel say I no yarn correct. I no dey here to win arguements, and I don talk am before say na the plurality of opinions for this thread dey make am tick. Na open mind dey keep discussion alive, and once head lock, conversation don die be that. So I am always open to learn, unlearn and re-learn. Love and light. |

GrammarNazi1:You no pass me with much na.With preparation, I believe I can do 6000 steps, but that will be my absolute limit. If I exceed 6000, the outcome will be catastrophic for me. |

Africa has serious potential. Too bad we have natural disasters as leaders. Our leaders seem to be our own versions of tsunami, earthquakes that are experienced in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. I guess the heavens are truly fair, you can't have everything in life. |

TemporaryHansel:Buy home treadmill and try to hit that 4k again in the comfort of your home. Ability to walk 35k steps like Ibime starts with you regularly crushing those 4k steps until your body feels like graduating to 6k |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by TemporaryHansel(m): 8:21pm On Sep 10, 2025 |
DeadPresidents:That 4700 na is for normal walking oh. Do you think I'll be able to do 4700 steps on treadmill? I no dey touch that stuff even for gym back then. Just lift weights, and squat. I believe whatever benefit you can gain from treadmill can be gained from squatting, except for extreme weight loss sha. If I lose too much weight, people might start spreading rumors that sapa is on my neck or something is wrong with me, you know how Nigerians are. |

Ibime:That was a lot of blood...America is the only first world country that has this many gun-related deaths in what's supposed to be peace time. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by DeadPresidents: 9:26pm On Sep 10, 2025 |
TemporaryHansel:4k steps daily will not result in any drastic fat loss. People underestimate how difficult burning fat is. The human body will struggle to hold on to fat by playing tricks like forcing you to eat more. You’d need to be walking like 8k per day to see a drastic crash in body fat. I was in Rotterdam, Utrecht and Amsterdam last week and i was doing 12k steps per day on average because I wanted to see these cities from a pedestrian’s viewpoint and even with that my estimated body fat is around 18% down from 20% and I possess very high metabolism so weight gain for me is a conscious effort which i have had to be deliberate and scientific about in the past
