Veteran Nollywood actor Yemi Solade has sparked heated reactions online after boldly claiming that no Nigerian actress has ever purchased a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon solely from acting income. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

In a recent interview, Solade argued that the Nigerian film industry does not pay actors and actresses enough to afford such high-end luxury vehicles. According to him, any actress driving a G-Wagon must have additional sources of income outside of acting.

Yemi Solade’s Statement

In his words:

"No actress can say she bought her G-Wagon from the money made from acting. How much do they even earn? Acting alone cannot fund such a purchase unless they are doing something else on the side.”

omo this made me remember one actor that carried drugs and almost died.
I also knew of one that refused to deficate when NDLEA officers accosted him to the toilet
I knew of one female actor that built her house on drugs. She said it openly that what she did to get money, acting can not give her in 20 years. So I believe this guy.

something on the side doesnt mean prostitution as many of you may think. there are so many ways they make money. most when they produce movie and put it on youtube. i think they pay 10k dollars per 1million views
