I am really saddened by Kirk’s death. His debates are usually what I watch just before I fall asleep at night. I don’t agree with some of the things he says because his opinions are heavily influenced by his religious faith. But the only thing he has is his opinion, no one should be killed for such.

I wonder whose heart is so dark to murder a man who holds no position of influence but just a voice which he uses eloquently.

I still can’t believe he is gone. I pray everyone behind his death is caught and prosecuted.

That was my weight in secondary school when I played football and basketball for the school and also ran 100m. Strong as an ox.

Walking only helps with your cardio and not really to lose weight, the amount of steps needed to lose weight will be about 15-20k daily. About the type of waka you dey do for University

The way to lose weight is eat less, or do some form of fasting

Opinions that were mostly spewing hatred and bigotry. His own extremist philosophy encourages events like this to happen. He made a particular disturbing statement after a school gun incident that involved children being murdered. It's poetic how he died by the same gun violence he was defending.

Tbh that nigga dedicated as hell. He was running Med School in Uniport, a remote Software Development job for a Singaporean company and regular gym training sessions and was somehow juggling them all without any adverse effects.

I’m very sure a mentorship program would have been the scene where the house of cards topples

It was brisk walking.

I got those 12, 000+ steps in one single walk. If I add auto walks like walking when going out in the morning and when coming back home in the afternoon or evening, the number of steps would be 15, 000+ daily.
