WizardOfNG:I don't even believe an average SEner genuinely want to leave Nigeria, they just throw leaving Nigeria just like a spoiled child will throw away noddles he so much love. Ask them to go and you see them chickened out, the northern youth gave them marching order but their leader were in the north the following day begging. A Yoruba guy who made same charge was almost crucify. Why not thank them |

phorget:Reno is making a factually correct argument to clarify how you people irresponsibly continue to pretend, using dishonest revisionism, others are to blame for the problem you brought on yourselves. Azikiwe is responsible for secession becoming outlawed ,and an act of treason, according to the Nigerian constitution. Meaning any region that declares itself a nation, as you guys tried to do with Biafra, must face the might of the Nigerian army charged with defending the territorial integrity of Nigeria. It is Ojukwu, as a military officer who knows the unavoidable repercussion for his declaration of Biafra, that is responsible for the death of millions of Igbos and not Yorubas, Awolowo or Northerners as your parents brainwash you to believe. That you continue to blame others today as responsible for your inability to gain Biafra, rather than learn from your many mistakes, is the reason the likes of Reno and myself speak to cite facts that show up you lot as highly irresponsible negligently lawless and very unreasonable. Your conclusion just shows the unreasonable mentality of the average Igbo breeding the Kanus and Ekpas you lot, from Professor to stark illiterate, then follow maniacally. Who, per secession clause, is going to "ADD it now" for you when your own legislators show no interest in mentioning constitutional amendment let alone champion the fight for Igbo secession from Nigeria? It suits the North, unless they find huge deposit of oil to gain the potentials of being a Saudi Arabia within Nigeria, to reject secession that will make them the most disadvantaged and unprepared victims of the balkanisation of Nigeria. Yorubas, law-abiding, critical-thinking and pragmatic, respect our reality enough to prefer regional autonomy rather than be interested in your secession exercise in futility let alone join you in your dead on arrival mission that has brought the SE nothing but self-inflicted pain since independence. How you cannot see yourself as an unreasonable, unfair and lawless human being is beyond me. |

Ttalk:100% correct. Take Abaribe for example. He will 'ginger' them about Biafra in their town hall meetings in ala Igbo, as the political arm of IPOB in Nigerian leadership. Yet him and other Igbo legislators will never move a formal motion for a review to consider the inclusion of a secession clause in the Nigerian constitution. Rather Ben Kalu is submitting a bill for removal of state of origin in our constitution so Igbos can enjoy equal rights and privileges as indigenes, to facilitate inclusion in political and public administration leadership, wherever they go. When leader and followers of an ethnic group are so hypocritally unaligned with their talk, agitation and pursuit, is it not crystal clear those people, leaders and followers, only use Biafra as an excuse for their inability to gain control over Nigeria and Nigerians as they have always sought since the days Azikiwe, Charles Onyeama and co wanted to make the SW an annex of the SE before Awolowo stopped them? |

Azikiwe didn't just stop at ensuring any talk of secession was labeled as Treason in our constitution, he took himself to the inaugural OAU summit held in Ethiopia as Nigeria's representative to sponsor and have a charter passed that ensured all independent member states recognise and see the inherited colonial borders as inviolable. Zik went to OAU to secure an agreement between all independent African governments to recognise and protect the colonial borders of each member state. When Ojukwu declared his rogue Biafra, no member state save for Senegal and Tanzania recognized Biafra citing the 1960 charter sponsored and secured by Zik. Senegal only supported Biafra because they saw Nigeria as too big ana threat to them. The Julius Nyerere led Tanzania was a communist one back then which was suffering under the delusions of a Zikist Soviet Africa and saw Biafra which was Lee by hot headed Zikist Marxists as the nation to achieve a Soviet African union. These people have been shooting themselves on their kneecaps and are now crying when what their leaders were pushing are now hunting them. Isn't it ironic that everything they did to the minorities of both the Midwest and defunct Eastern Nigeria from denying them referendum to leave the Eastern region, to clamping down on Adaka Boro's secessionist movement to marginalising the minorities in all spheres of endeavours their spawns from hell are now crying like pregnant cats today? Karma is a bitch . |

The British created a colony called Nigeria But it is the Indigenous People of that colony that are ready to kill themselves in the millions to uphold a British colonial creation People are talking about Zik as if he is the owner and creator of Nigeria. It does not matter what Zik or Awolowo wanted 75 years ago, both men dont own Nigeria What matters is what the present generation want, Zik and Awolowo are long dead. It is not a must that you must have a secession clause in your constitution before you go your separate ways. There was no 'unity clause' when the British were creating Nigeria |
| Re: Reno Omokri Educates A Follower On Why Nigeria Remains Indissolube by gidgiddy: 11:13am On Sep 12, 2025 |
Ttalk:Nobody cares what you believe, the only belief that matters is what a referendum says. You people didn't even get referendum before the British came from Europe to make you people "Nigerians" |
| Re: Reno Omokri Educates A Follower On Why Nigeria Remains Indissolube by gidgiddy: 11:16am On Sep 12, 2025 |
DomPerignon:These ones are the unity beggars that will cry when we Ignos exit Nigeria as a seperate country 45 million Igbo to be dragging issues with you people inside Nigeria? How long do you people think that will go on? Its inevitable as the sun that Igbos will eventually get their own seperate independent country |
| Re: Reno Omokri Educates A Follower On Why Nigeria Remains Indissolube by gidgiddy: 12:31pm On Sep 12, 2025 |
WizardOfNG:The truth is that if neither Awolowo nor Zik were there when the British created Nigeria, neither of them needs to be there when Nigeria is dissolved In other words, the creation or dissolution of Nigeria has nothing to do with Awolowo or Zik What Nigeria should do is what should have been done on on October 1st 1960, rather than independence Hold a referendum to determine who is a Nigerian, and who is not |
| Re: Reno Omokri Educates A Follower On Why Nigeria Remains Indissolube by Ttalk: 12:39pm On Sep 12, 2025 |
gidgiddy:Show me where you have space for referendum in 1979 Constitution. Or should Nigeria act out of the constitution because they want to please Ibo? What stop you as a private citizen from sending a private bill on secession through any of your Rep member. As Biafrian as Abaribe is, what stops him from summon courage and move a motion on the Red Chamber for his bill on secession been looked into. Why must you wait for a Yoruba man to champion your cause like Banjo, Wole Soyinka did but were later betrayed |
| Re: Reno Omokri Educates A Follower On Why Nigeria Remains Indissolube by gidgiddy: 12:48pm On Sep 12, 2025 |
Ttalk:Show me the referendum that made you a Nigerian? Show me where my people agreed to be with your people in one country? We are nothing but the illegal colonial creation of the White man and such illegality can not be allowed to continue forever All the ethnic nationalities forced into this 1914 illegal British colonial project called Nigeria should get a referendum to decide if they want to be part of it, or opt out. |
| Re: Reno Omokri Educates A Follower On Why Nigeria Remains Indissolube by ambale(m): 12:54pm On Sep 12, 2025 |
If we still need to explain to am average Nigerian why Nigeria should not be dissolved then it means we have failed as a nation When people feel less in a particular place, they are bound to want to leave Nigeria today just favour some few persons who hire praise singers to sing for them daily No real development anywhere in the country |

gidgiddy:Remember the flawed constitution we are using today was drafted by an Igboman who feel concentrating 57 items on the exclusive list will render the subnational useless so the Igbo could have full benefits to other people sweat. You enjoyed the contribution of others into national purse but contribute little in return. You thought that anomaly will continue in perpetual but now that things is gradually coming to normal you are shouting Biafra. If you want to go, ask your legislator to sponsor a Bill and see if other legislators won't sanction it, but you don't want Biafra, all you want is for Nigeria to gift you presidency you you can have a bragging right but that will never happen in a democracy |
