Citizens often promote projects that benefit everyone.

Generally, most people didn't understand why the constitution stated that you can not be sworn-in more than twice and elected president has only 4 year single term in office which is renewable only once.

During military, why did Gowon step out after spending 9years+?, IBB was forced to step aside after 8years, Abacha was seriously attacked from the beginning as his plan of staying for longer period was exposed.

In all these, I think the bottom line is that No president is allowed to be a signatory for 10years. (Civilian or not)

Jonathan was sworn-in to complete Yar'Adua tenure because power was not transmitted to him by his then boss, hence doctrine of necessity was invoked by national assembly. Then he was sworn-in 2nd time for another 4 years.

So, Jonathan knows he can not come back again as president as his total number of years will be closer to 10 and moreso already sworn-in twice.

But anyway, let watch the move.

Those talking about rescuing Nigeria had their time. They failed. They can take the backseat and allow purposeful leaders take the reigns.

3. Student loans were activated and the indigent could go to school without breaking a sweat.

5. Tininu started the national health fellows programme to harness manpower for the health sector.
6. Allocations were increased to states. States could be solvent and meet their debt obligations. Some people argued that the allocations decreased in dollar terms. Why exactly is that relevant if the local currency is not dollars?
7. Universities received projects for off-grid electricity.
8. They lied that he bought a yatch. Until today, no one has seen any yatch. No one bothered to ask.
