I am currently applying this one but still no improvement.

Once in a while that spot would itch. I went lab for test but I was negative in all the tests conducted.

Bath with warm water and ensure the water is hot but not extremely hot, apply it majorly on the affected regions, after bathing apply both cream by mixing together and rub it on the affected area. Also take white falagyi 400mg (white) with greenzoral tablet for two weeks, then thank me later. 1 tablet of falagyi and one tablet of greenzoral daily for 14days

There's nothing airborne about it.
In Nigeria everyone is a medical practitioner.
The Lawlessness & recklessness cuts across every field.

Meanwhile, That's an Impetigo.
It very common, & its contagious by touch.
Ordinarily I don't support online prescriptions but I will renege on such & recommend something.

Go & get Mupirocin cream.
Use it thrice a day. Make sure you clean surface before applying it. Remove yellow crusts from surface before applying cream.
Oral antibiotics are not necessary at all.
That's like using a sledgehammer to maim a fly.

Ketoconazol is an antifungal agent.
But what you have there is of bacterial origin.
It will never work.

Is it the creams I posted above or do you have a particular cream you're referring to?

Pharmacist na dermartologist?...Back in 2013, I developed a skin issue and went to the hospital. The doctor told me it was caused by typhoid 😄😄 but deep down, I knew that wasn’t right. I just needed to confirm my HIV status at the time, and thankfully, it came back negative. After that, I saw a dermatologist and he immediately diagnosed the condition and prescribed the correct treatment.

Sir good morning. The white flagyl is in 200mg and not 400mg.
I couldn't see greenzoral. So I was told to pick ketoral instead.

They have 400mg, go to a standard pharmacy, ensure you buy the white one, don't buy any other brand, go for greenzoral. You can go for another brand of flagyI there is this one they call unigyi but ensure it is white and 400mg
