He can do 1&3 but 2 he cannot do. He can order him to be replaced and to rule from the prison. But he cannot order his release from prison. America no be Nigeria na.

That's how a former governor of Delta was jailed in the UK for stealing, and returned to Nigeria to be given a VIP welcome. Who do us this thing?
