Good morning people. Last year I wanted to do a Kuwaiti work visa after my elder brother traveled to Kuwait. I was having some double minds about the country based on some things I've heard about Gulf countries. The traveling agent guy told me Canada was also accepting a lot of visas so i can still try out Canada.
I applied for a Canadian VV and also went for biometrics and capture around November last year and that was it. I haven't heard anything till now so I'm considering to apply for Kuwaiti work visa.
Any advice about Kuwait?
I'm trying to sell a land to fund this and i don't want to do something I'll regret.

Are you sure your brother is still alive or doing well? Confirm first

If you sell land ,go there,you'll be funding that regret you're avoiding. The person who ghosted you after travelling there has sorry tales. Its no different from other gulf countries in terms of how they treat blue collar migrants.
Unless you're going in as a plumber, electrician, mechanic , tiler or other in-demand artisanal jobs, forget about it.

If your job is to go in as a driver , domestic or corporate security ,cleaner and so on,forget about it. Take this warning as a sign

He still speaks with my father and according to my father there's no complain yet with his stay there. Maybe werey think say i wan bill him and that's why he's not responding messages. Person wey na family property dem sell take do visa for

I know you're desperate to travel and I understand. Trust me ,that's what's driving you now, but you think say na Jinja. Desperation will only blind you and hide facts and truth from you . Even when I tell you it's from personal experience, that same strong urge will yet egg you on.

Kuwait is amazing Bro, I don't know how you can run it with any travel agencies, cos too many scammers, I can see many Africans, Nigerians especially trooping in..
