Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Aboul Gheit said that the Israeli aggression against Qatari sovereignty has exceeded all limits and violated every humanitarian principle

"Israel's crimes will not be forgotten... and an attack on a country that is mediating a ceasefire will not be forgotten," Mr Aboul Gheit said in an Arab-Islamic summit in Doha

I don't even understand how Paul Biya has managed to tighten his grip on that country for years. Is it that the people of Cameroun are naturally docile and even their military are not ambitious or na that juju wey dem Segedinho dey talk the man use tie the country?
No country wey no fit fall oh. What can ordinary people on the street do? If say Naija senate change the constitution to extend terms to 7yrs each and unlimited terms, what will we do? what is your rational for removing him. All the army chiefs and political elites are on board with it

Putin has been president for like 25yrs Cuba, China, North Korea especially those communist countries that is common.
If not for western influence "spreading democracy" Saddam and Ghadaffi will be there till today and replace themselves with their children. Almost all Arab countries have long rulers

If not for death Abacha would run it. All 5 political parties already endorsed him

Actually we might even say long sit tight leaders are almost equal if not more than regular democracy

Most of those countries are not in the state Cameroun is in Africa na. I have seen videos of Onana playing local set with his guys at least 2 different videos and the environment I saw was not pleasing to the eye at all. When u compare it with Videos of Osimehn playing set with his guys when he's in Naija,it just soldifies my belief that Cameroun is still far behind Nigeria wella.

I'm not even so concerned about Democary, I just feel it makes no sense for a country that is not Monarchy to have a leader rule for several decades. Paul Biya has been president since 1982 , haba! How can such a country progress ?

And again, Nigerians were vehemently resisting Abacha while he was trying to install himself as life president. To an extent, Nigerians of different tribes united to fight him tooth and nail till he kpai

Many of those countries are still shitt. Growing up USA and USSR were supposed to be peers but look how far back Russia is.

Per some report over 20% of Russian household still do not have indoor plumbing and take their dump outside in Shalanga. That is a supposed G7 and world power,
North Korea you cannot get any news from it but seeing the way people risk their lives even bullets to flee to South Korea, you can imagine the state
Same with Cuba, Many parts of Cuba look like rural Africa that is why parents put their children on wooden raft on the Atlantic ocean and gamble it to see if they make it to US similar to how Africans get on Mediterranean ocean to Italy

I don visit some Caribbean countries, beyond the curated tourist areas, many of the other part of the country looks like Africa. Open gutters blocked by sewage, untarred roads

To your point Cameroun and many part of sub saharan Africa is behind Nigeria by a lot, And we were just lucky with Abacha, we could have had our own Paul Biya. This system of govt where someone is bound by constitution to leave after 4 or 8yrs is fairly new, for about half of my life the only way to change govt was to carry gun and threaten him or actually kill him

Make we just thank God, we are just a little luckier than those Togo, Cameoun Zaire etc cos if our political class run am on us, what can we the citizens really do. By the time they jail or disappear leading opposition, everyone else will fall in line

Well, you know those countries better so I won't argue them.

But I just feel the French government has some certain level of blame to shoulder in how those Francophone countries have turned to shiit in the hands of their sit-tight leaders.

It appears the French are okay with those guys in power once their own interests are fully protected in such country. They don't really seem to kin on things really working in those countries if u ask me.

If Israel wishes to assassinate leaders, why engage in negotiations?" says Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim during his opening speech at a joint Arab League and Organisation of Islamic Co-operation emergency summit in Doha.

"Have you ever heard of a state of such aggression, a state that is a party of negotiations yet aggresses on the venue where negotiations are taking place?"
No negotiations over the life of a terrorist.

Even Bush rejected negotiations over Bin ladden.

Those that masterminded the october 7 are marked...

The negotiation is for the release of the hostages and freedom of Gaza

I believe human rights activists are better suited for this kind of case . They will deploy some of their top lawyers who offer pro bono service to drag the man and the police if they want to mess up.

Once police see say the attention of human rights organization has been drawn to the case , they will hands off and play by the book.

Make police and pro bono lawyer no go die the matter behind closed doors.[/color]

Why are u still willing to consider conspiracy theory linking Israel to the guy’s death when American law enforcement have already apprehended the shooter ?

Come to think of it, how many of the thousands of Americans speaking against Israel have they taken out since October 7 ?

Why will they single out the Kirk guy for assassination ? What makes him special from the other American politicians that do not agree with how Israel has been deservedly raining hell on Hamas ?

I’m thinking maybe the child didn’t die sef , maybe the child’s father is trying to forcefully take custody by deceit and came up with that story that the girl is deceased .

From her story it seems they didn’t even show her any evidence of the girl’s demise , just their word . Reason why I say let law enforcement take charge and ask the right questions . The hospital she was admitted that pronounced her dead must be investigated , the burial site must be visited and if possible exhume the corpse for autopsy .

The story doenst add up at all. Cos if she truly fell sick, the mom would have been notified.

The guy doesnt know th era he is in. He thought he can cook up any story and walk scot free.

The truth will surely come to light...anf he will suffer.

Exactly.

Once police and human rights gets involved, he will tell the truth instantly. Cos he cant even provide the required evidence to prove her death.

But if she is truly dead, then they have questions to answer pertaining to what lead to her demise, and why the mom wasnt in the know through her period of sickness to the point of death.

I think so too. Hopefully the child is still alive and they make him lose his custody /access to the child forever and ever .

Police supposed arrest everybody in that man’s family first make dem begin interrogate them separately to hear their respective account of what really happened .

If their lawyer do too much , make dem lock am up too.

See that woman in that state really broke my heart . I mean all the shame and suffering she has to endure to raise that child from a day old to 13 years of age and then they just summarily told her that her daughter is late and they have buried her just like that 😲

Na the kind case wey that Delta state police PRO Edafe Bright supposed put eye for be this o. All those videos he always does wearing gloves and parading suspects no get weight reach this one

Todays waka. Did 13k steps normally and 7k steps playing football. Simple adjustments like parking 15 mins walk from work, going on 45 mins walk on lunch and using 30 mins incline walk on treadmill as my warm up for football.

Impressive to have done 13k steps in a single walk.

Your 65 beats per minute pulse is awesome, too.

I did 14k steps in a single walk yesterday morning.
