If Buhari Could Do It, Tinubu Should Too by iLegendd(op):
If Buhari could be this terrible and still won a second term, terrible Tinubu should also win a second term.

I'm not voting for him, but he deserves a second term so he can finish whatever evil he started.

I want to believe you meant to say that 'Booohari was a saint compared to TUluMbU', Because that's obviously the case.

I have lived long enough to know what would eventually happen... Tinubu would end up winning, and the cycle continues until they burn down the whole country and escape in their private jets.

“I’m not voting for him but he’ll win” is a common line that people use to show their support while avoiding backlash and personal commitment that could haunt them tomorrow.

Deji’s line is even better: “If Peter Obi and Tinubu are on the ballot, I’ll vote Tinubu”.

Next.

I never voted for him and I never will, but I know as long as Wike and any INEC chairman they choose is on his side, they'll rig it for him and we, the masses, can only complain but can't do anything.

What some of Tinubu's supporters fail to understand IS human Change with Time.
If you fool some once and win, it does not mean that you can fool them forever.
Buhari scammed Nigerians and won, but Tinubu will never scam Nigerians again.
EYES DON'T OPEN, PEOPLE ARE WISER TODAY.
IT WILL BE DIFFICULT FOR TINUBU TO WIN WITH LIES, MANIPULATION AND PROPAGANDA

tinubu is about to amend it and sell the juicy JVs to his people and build a generational empire if the future governments don't reverse the madness

I believe in what you said, but they'll rig it. Also, most Nigerians have short-term memory. Give them 5k (less than $4) and they'll forget all their sorrows. Unbelievable set of creatures.

I don't understand.
Only the fuel pump hike from ₦185/₦195 to ₦865 alone is enough to judge this Government. Guy don't say that thing again o, unless humane has other meanings.
Do you know that the last lap of Buhari's tenure I do fill my car petrol tank with ₦11K+, now I fill the same tank with ₦66K+. And you say somebody is humane. Na wa for una sha. God I beg o

Whether na 4 or 8years, the bottom line is that he will leave the post one day. What will he be remembered for when he complete his tenure?
Re: If Buhari Could Do It, Tinubu Should Too by Twist4u: 9:32pm On Sep 15, 2025
It has been overwhelmingly proven that in Nigeria ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

I have no expectations and as such nothing surprises me.

Former England PM Johnson, once said " Nigeria is fantastically corrupt "

The facts are unravel as events unfold daily, yearly and the country keeps regressing 10 times faster than it progresses.

Electing leaders that are detached from reality with a higher propensity for misplaced priorities.

The current leader is in France since 10 days ago recalibrating and Snapping pishure and sending photos on Social media to Ronu, while over 100 Nigerians were killed in cold blood last week.

What a balabluuuu of a Country.
Re: If Buhari Could Do It, Tinubu Should Too by Efuaye(m): 9:17am On Sep 16, 2025
I am not a fan of Tinubu, but I believe Buhari was cruel and heartless. I don’t have enough space here to elaborate on my thoughts about him.

The removal of fuel and dollar subsidies was inevitable and would eventually be addressed by a courageous administration. However, it was hypocritical of Tinubu to act because Jonathan had already done it eleven years earlier, while the same Tinubu led the opposition against him at the time.

Take whatever I am telling you today to the bank.

Bola Ahmed Tinubu will not win 2027 Presidential election, not possible and I will tell you why.

Buhari won reelection solely because Buhari have a cult followership in Northern Nigeria plus the pretentious support he was getting from Yorubas in the Southwest.

The Yorubas indirectly helped Buhari win the first and second tenure.

They knew Buhari was a terrible President, but because they wanted to use Buhari as a ladder to install Tinubu their son as next President, they cunningly pretended to love Buhari for 8 years, they are very good at this type of politics, that's what they see as sophistication and knowing how to play politics which Igbos struggle to do because Igbos are too blunt to a fault and can never hide their feelings about somebody or a situation, this has been the major problem of the Igbos in Nigeria; they express their feelings openly without restraint, but in Nigeria, to win more corrupt breads, you must pretend and hide your feelings, Yorubas have used this style to gain a lot in Nigeria and in Nigeria politics.

Now back to why Buhari won reelection.

So with Northwest and Northeast and some Northcentral giving Buhari bloc votes, all that Buhari needed to win was one Southern region's majority support and Southwest gave him that. Though, in 2019, many enlightened Nigerians voted against Buhari and chose Atiku/Obi, but the tacid support Buhari was getting from Northwest and Southwest made it possible for Buhari to further rig the election with little resistance and uproar.

Now coming to 2027 Presidential election, Bola Tinubu is the most unpopular President in the history of Nigeria. Tinubu's regime is so unpopular that if he dare do a free and fair election, the election will be over before 12pm

This is because Northwest and Northeast despise Tinubu's government so much, if you add this to Southeast disapproval of Tinubu, then you can clearly see why Bola Tinubu cannot win even if he rigs the election.

It's not always easy for an unpopular leader to rig election and go scold free, it always leads to anarchy if care is not taken.

Remember, in Nigeria, we have three majority tribes; Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba. To win a Presidential election in Nigeria, you must be popular in at least 2 of the majority tribes, you must be loved and approved by two majority tribes in Nigeria, if not you go nowhere.

Hausa-Fulanis despise Bola Tinubu's regime all thanks to his extreme nepotism in appointments and leadership. Tinubu is supposed to be cherished in Borno state where his vice comes from, but because of how Tinubu sidelined Shettima his Vice, plus the resurgence of Boko Haram attacks in Borno state, Tinubu is not loved in Borno, this means Tinubu has lost Northeast and Northwest.

Southeast is already lost.

SouthSouth will be divided but majority against Tinubu.

Northcentral will be divided too, Tinubu may have the majority, we don't know yet till towards end of 2026.

You believe Tinubu will rig the election to his favor right? Let me tell you, you can only rig where you are popular, that is why Tinubu is using INEC already to increase the number of new voters registration in Lagos and Osun states, he plans to inflate the figures from those states, including Rivers state, but we already have a counter plan, so his minions should go back and tell him that such tactics will never work in 2027.

So verily verily I say unto you brethren, it will be easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for Bola Tinubu to win 2027 Presidential election, bookmark this page for 2027 post-election reference cool

how can somebody who refused to increased fuel prices to the extent that people won't be able to breathe be more wicked than the person who doesn't care, but put price to more than 9 times what buhari left it be humane
Somebody that increased school fees to what people can't afford and now offered some of them loan not all but few cannot be more humane
Somebody that put electricity beyond the reach of average Nigerian cannot be more humane
Somebody under whose regime life has become short and brutish cannot be more humane
Buying medications under Tinubu has become so difficult unlike during buhari
So there is no way you can put it except the person you are telling is an slowpoke tribalist, that would believe such a bullshit that Tinubu is better or more humane than buhari when the evidence abound that Tinubu is the worst, infact most terrible president till date ,no other presidents come close
