Stay on the App, once you are at pick up, as you are moving away from the pu, the app will countdown for like 5secs before the trip starts, cancel it.

If you have to move further away from the address on the app before you can locate your passenger, same thing applies.

Bolt has started their slavery program again.

7 days ban for refusing rides.

Next up is a 365 days ban, like it happened 2 years ago.

Do you know how wicked of a company you have to be to ban a driver for a whole year? Not for any major malfeasance, but for refusing to take a ride?

I know I drive with Bolt, but I’ve always maintained, they are a deeply evil and wicked company, set to enslave the African driver.

Lol, na simple something.
Start work in the morning and as far as motor no spoil work till late in the night you will most likely achieve that.
Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by VaselineCrew: 10:05pm On Sep 16, 2025
So I guess the game-plan here is that after the next ban, which would be for a full year, that I would go crawling back to them to please let me back and I will take all the rides that I get?

Even the ones for N1,500 with a 6km pickup?

The one where I don’t want to go to the destination?

Have you noticed how they never buy their own cars and employ their own drivers?

So after all our maintenance, after the huge 30% commission and taxes, you are still going to try to beat drivers into submission so they do unprofitable and dangerous rides?

Have you also noticed, drivers are never paid for riders cancelling after drivers have driven several kms to the rider?

My prayer is for all of us to get much better sources of income and to resort to Bolt, just because we want to, not because we have to.

My brother bolt na werey normally. Nothing to calculate you were duped.

Haaa omo d real obstacle na dis commission wey bolt n Uber dey make. Na daylight robbery. Indrive is better in that regard especially bolt. Dem be OLE angry

Drivers r literally working for app companies angry angry
Am patiently waiting for when most guys do their calculations well like I did almost every time. we need not to open that app again, how can I buy fuel maintain car and still risk my life and drive the car around and someone somewhere just eating 25% of all trips just to manage the app and they will be giving you useless order like 3k 2k,

What partners always tend to ignore is that giving out a car is passive income as u aren't the one driving it.
U invest 3-4m and get minimum 200k monthly. That's roughly 5% ROI monthly. In one year that's 60%. I haven't seen a passive income that will give u 60% yearly with as little as 3m capital investment. If u people know pls tell us o. They asked someone which alternative ? But the person hasn't said anything till now.
He said TBills and piggy vest at 20% p.a o. That's 1.2m return per year on 6m. I wonder what inflation rate stands at as of today grin grin grin
