You have never run a serious business, that's why you think it is okay to dance on security duty. Entertainment was not part of their job description. Many Nigerians are too sentimental to be able to build a giant organization. Why would someone be dancing on duty when they were not employed to do so?

The organization relieved them so they would have enough time to continue their dance drama. At least they have proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the organization was right about their decision to fire them.

Hire a clown and watch your business suffer irreparably. There is time and place for everything. Workplace is not for dancing unless it is a dance academy!
