It is probably Cellulitis, a bacterial infection of the skin Symptoms include pain, swelling, skin rash and/or sore, redness, warm skin, muscle and/or joint pain. Treatment includes antibiotics. It is a fairly common but potentially serious bacterial infection of the skin. Many types of bacteria live on our skin. So, when there’s a break or cut in it, whether it’s from an injury, bug bite or other irritation, bacteria has a chance to enter our bodies, potentially resulting in cellulitis. The condition, which affects the middle and deep layers of the skin, causes pain, redness, and swelling; it’s most commonly found on the lower legs and feet. The infection usually appears as a small spot on the skin that quickly spreads to cover a much larger area. About 14 million cases of cellulitis occur in the U.S. every year. It’s more common among adults ages 50 and older. Men and women are affected equally. Antibiotics are prescribed to treat cellulitis, and most people recover without incident. More serious cases, however, may require hospitalization to manage the infection. About 650,000 people are hospitalized for the treatment of cellulitis each year. Seeking early treatment can prevent the infection from spreading, reducing the need for hospitalization during treatment. |

AbelAbdul:Add some table salt to slight above warm water and use your hand scoop the hot salt water and rub it on the affected parts, if you can get a very clean, brand new hand towel, use it instead to soak on the hot salt water and use to press and clean the affected area for some minutes. Make sure there is plenty salt in the water such that you can even scoop some salty water and use to damped/clean the affected area for some minutes. Thereafter, apply nixoderm cream on it. Do this every morning and night for 10 days and come back here and tell us the result ![]() |

This happened to my wife few years back and spent over 2yrs on her legs. At a time I got really irritated until I forced her to go to general hospital after several medications. She was prescribed GENEVIN TABLET. and NEO SKIN. to God be the Glory few days after she saw serious changes and it dried off after about 2weeks.

I have it some years ago. Put Salt in the water and rub it on it every night before you go to sleep. You'll notice it fading away gradually. Believe me 👍 Pls come back to this platform to inform the audience or inbox me. |

This happened to my 7 year old son, we tried many anti bacteria creams ,it kept reappearing. Until we used "miracle leaf" on it, it disappeared within 7 days till today Get miracle leaf 🍃, Google it, wash with salt, rinse with clean water, chew 3 to 4 leaves, every day, then take another 2 leaf place it above the flame of your stove or gas burner, it will start juicing it out. Then use the leaf to rub on the surface of the skin issue.. do this daily at night before u sleep Thank me later.. within. 7 days , that place will not even show sign of any prior skin issue

Most fungi infection are not fungi disease outright, you might be lacking some nutrients that does not allow your skin to produce essential oil that normally fight infection on the skin, buy vitamin B complex, vitamin B12 + folic acid then we ferrous oxide and use along with the cream, wash the area with lukewarm water before applying. |

That's a fungi infection, very stubborn to cure and the procedure to cure it is not known to many. You kill it from inside out, you can never kill it with anything external. |

Most people see this and instantly think it is fungal or bacterial. Does it itch when you’re hot or stressed? Does it feel good when you rub or scratch it? Does it feel like it’s sensitive to hot water more than the rest of the area? Is it dry most of the time? If all these questions are yes, you probably have Lichen Simplex Chronicus. Has no cure but can be managed. It isn’t transmissible by contact and I’m not sure what causes it. If you confirm this is it, I’ll tell you the proper treatment. No need to add new things to try until you are sure. I hope you see this sha |

Hi, Just wondering, how did you arrive at a diagnosis of impetigo? Where is the yellow crust? Are you a medic? A dermatologist? Have you heard of inflammatory dermatosis and the different types. Best is to advise the young man to go see a qualified medic. You can't make a diagnosis by looking at a picture. You need to take a detailed history, examine, feel the lesion and sometimes take a closer look with a dermoscope if indicated. APOPTOSIS: |
