The Guinness world record book has now been bastardized, it used to be coveted and revered, but now, they have records for all manner of rubbish.

But I knew about Ashrita Furman in the 1990s and he began his record setting campaign in 1979.

Ever wonder why USA, UK, Germany, China, Canada, Australia and other sane countries don't engage in this trash? Because they are busy thinking of the way forward for their countries and not engaging on trash like this

But Ashrita Furman is an American.

Who is Ashrita Furman?

Ashrita Furman is the man that has the Guinness World Record for the most world records.

His world records include things like doing 27,000 jumping jacks (that's the first world record that he set in 1979), most jumps on a pogo stick (I watched the video of him setting this world record in the 2000s), most pogo stick jumps under water, etc.

These "strange" world records have not stopped America from going to space or doing any other thing. You see, it's not Ashrita Furman's job to do any of the other things and there is no correlation between them, just as it's not Hilda Baci's job to do any of those other things.

Here is a video of Ashrita Furman. He is demonstrating some of his world records. I'll explain them to you. The first one is running on stilts, the second is jumping on a pogo stick while juggling three balls, the third is balancing on a cylinder, the fourth is using a hula hoop, we come back to the pogo stick (while he explains that his favourite record is jumping on a pogo stick up and down Mount Fuji in Japan) then there is sack racing and finally there is bouncing on an exercise ball.

I often bought the Guinness World Record book in the 1980s and they showed the Guinness World Record TV show on Nigerian TV in the 1990s and 2000s.

Ashrita Furman has set more than 700 official Guinness World Records since 1979 and currently holds over 200 standing records, including the official record for holding the most records at once.

He has also set world records for eating various things, for example he set the record for eating the most Marmite in a minute and he also set the Guinness World Record for most boiled eggs peeled and eaten in one minute (6 eggs).

A country that will always find faults in anything done by its own

Criticizing how Hilda baci chooses to sell herself and make her brand more visible, as if the girl is their government or the girl told them to vote tinubu

Instead of people studying how that girl has projected her brand and built a name for herself in food business, you will see people who cannot even afford 3 square meals criticizing her

Seems like even the man's records aren't all meaningful but he did those things way back when they probably made some sense. I'd consider scientific breakthroughs as records rather than all these joblessness coming from especially Africa.

Africa is still pleagued with backwardness. Let them focus on meaningful discoveries and stop this uselessness.

Can you tell me just one event that has occured in Nicaragua, Kiribati, Sarajevo and Seychelles? If you don't know any, it is not because the people there are silent, but because you are not aware of their way of life or you don't even have any idea that they existed. Many Europeans don't even know a single country in Africa, they just generalize and see Africa as a small village.

Sorry o, but I'mma need facts, links and stats on this claim of yours.

Because this is my industry and nowhere has Nigeria produced more than 5 people that have won Math Competitions against Chinese or any Asians. Nigeria isn't great at teaching Mathematics and Science.

I have a child who has even won an international medal and she certainly didn't beat any Asian, the top Nigerian kid there wasn't in the top 5, he was in the top 10.

The American Math Olympiad teams (who usually place 1st or 2nd globally) are usually comprised of White kids and Asian kids.

Top countries are China, USA, Russia, UK, Japan, South Korea, India, Turkey/Israel. Not us.

So please where did your own competition(s) happen, that we were beating them black-and-blue?
