Ashrita Furman is the man that has the Guinness World Record for the most world records.

His world records include things like doing 27,000 jumping jacks (that's the first world record that he set in 1979), most jumps on a pogo stick (I watched the video of him setting this world record in the 2000s), most pogo stick jumps under water, etc.

These "strange" world records have not stopped America from going to space or doing any other thing. You see, it's not Ashrita Furman's job to do any of the other things and there is no correlation between them, just as it's not Hilda Baci's job to do any of those other things.

The first one is running on stilts, the second is jumping on a pogo stick while juggling three balls, the third is balancing on a cylinder, the fourth is using a hula hoop, we come back to the pogo stick (while he explains that his favourite record is jumping on a pogo stick up and down Mount Fuji in Japan) then there is sack racing and finally there is bouncing on an exercise ball.

I often bought the Guinness World Record book in the 1980s and they showed the Guinness World Record TV show on Nigerian TV in the 1990s and 2000s.

Seems like even the man's records aren't all meaningful but he did those things way back when they probably made some sense. I'd consider scientific breakthroughs as records rather than all these joblessness coming from especially Africa.

Africa is still pleagued with backwardness. Let them focus on meaningful discoveries and stop this uselessness.

Hilda Baci is a chef and she has achieved a lot in her profession. It's not her job to break new frontiers in science, technology, arts, and human innovation. Have the critics broken new frontiers in science, technology, arts and human innovation?

Hilda Baci is a chef. She is not the government. She owns a private restaurant. She will do what she needs to do to attract publicity and prestige to her restaurants and TV cooking shows.

What on earth have the complainers done in the fields that they are referring to? What have they done except to sit and complain about what someone else is doing (something that has nothing to do with them)?

There is no Guinness World Record for inventing food. A Nigerian invented a drink called Chapman, but it's not in the Guinness World Record because that's not what the Guinness World Records are for.

Besides, food and drinks are invented every day. Owners of restaurants innovate and create things and Hilda Baci is a restaurant owner and I'm sure she has combined food differently in her restaurant, so that's no issue.

The issue is that people all over the world, like Ashrita Furman, break records like this all the time and there's no complaints, but as soon as a Nigerian does it you'll hear complaints like, "Why doesn't she invent a rocket to Mars" from people that have never invented something that can fly to the clouds. As if she owes them.
