Hello Everyone, I would like to Share with you Issue of Street Name . Two Landlords were Interested in Using there names for the Street in 2023 But they Discovered that someone have been earlier make Notification of His Interest,The Two Landlords Withdrew and Decided to Supports the Man to Avoid Unnecessary Frictions and Misunderstanding in the Community for Peace. The Man had Already Bought Solar Light ,Contributed immensely to the street Development in His Own Capacity ,He has The Biggest Building in the Area ,Only Him has one and Half Plots ,Others are Just Half Half Plot. It's not even all that ,It's Just because he has Initiated an Interest . The whole Matter was Left Behind.So Recently A New CDA Chairman was Appointed and he requested that every Street Should Bring Name of any Selected Landlord interested in Naming the Streets. Another Different Landlord stated his Interest,He knew about the First Man interest long ago ,He contacted a Landlord about it if the First man is still Interested but he was Misinformed that the first man is not interested anymore . A meeting was Called and the First man who Traveled was Put on Video Call if he is still interested,The man said he is still 100% x 10 interested ,He had to Chill because they were told to hold on .. A Vote was Casted and the First ma had the Larger number and Won . The Issue now is that this Landlord that suddenly became interested After the Voting went to the Baale (Traditional Head of the Community) To Make a Report that Other Landlords Ganged Up Against Him . Even the Community CDA Chairman ,The Old and the new one knew about the First Man interest and as well Prepared a Letter to be taken to the Local Government. As a requirement the Baale must Give a Letter of Consent as well as a Supports for Approval by the Local Government. Now ,The Baale is Trying to Do some Manipulation and delays.. What Is your Advise ? |

This is just like electorate votes in America. Since the Baale has the larger power here, the first man should also try to buy Baale or the other man will win him. Naming a street has never been by vote but they chose to vote. Another greater step needed is that of Baale consent so the man should try to have it or he will lose out. |
