A Champions league team is one who has won the UCL before. Arsenal is not even an Europa League team because they didn't have the capability to win it when they played it. Chelsea is the real deal. Won all cups in Europe and the world.

Arsenal is not a UCL team. It only recently started coming to UCL, so don't rush them in. PSG has been going to UCL in the last 15 to 20 years. You can't compare with Arsenal who just returned 2years ago. Give Arsenal 2 more years to mature, then we can consider them. Not right now.
