The video you posted is from South Korea and many of the weapons there are South Korean. It could be a US-South Korea training or even just South Korea alone. I don't think the US holds large-scale military exercises like most countries do.

The US have annual military drills with UK, they have the Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training with some Asian countries

The US holds nothing less then 6 annual military drills in a single year with multiple countries

No country holds more military exercise than the US in a calender year

Fun fact RIMPAC is the biggest military exercises in the world hosted by the US
