That's why I said in terms of tactics, he's an AMODU SHUAIBU. cheesy cheesy

Common sense should have beckoned on him that both teams are not the same. Hence, his approach shouldn't be the same. For a start, the then PSG TEAM didn't use a top striker. They prefer using Dembele as a false 9. But Bayern has a top striker in Harry Kane. If not SHUAIBU, which world class coach would take similar approach? sad sad

Secondly, PSG midfield style isn't the combative type. They hold the ball and do more of pressing play. Bayern's midfield is more aggressive and plays counter attack mostly. Hence, a sensible coach needs people that can mark the ball or intercept passes. If a coach of Maresca's calibre doesn't know this, then, I'm afraid he's even worse than AMODU SHUAIBU. cheesy cheesy

Today's match was lost woefully due to his tactical ineptitude. Although it wouldn't be the first though and trust me, it won't be the last either. cheesy cheesy
Do you have a coaching licence and have you ever coached any team before even if it is a secondary school team? Please do not be offended. There is a reason I am asking this important question.

And another question I have is that, have you ever given it a thought why most ex-footballers or football analysts/commentators are often very brilliant as pundits analysing the game on TV from sport studios like Supersport until they are given a real team to manage on the real field?

Oliseh is a good case study of this sweet mouth analysis phenomenon when he used to be referred to as the Guardiola of Africa as a pundit on Supersport until he was given the Super Eagles job.

Give me Arsenal defence if I no go beat Bayern. Banter aside, out of all the top 6 in premiership now, Chelsea's defence worst pass.

The three times that I tried to reply you, I was banned. So, I'll try to be civil with my response. Perhaps, I won't be banned this time around.

Firstly, I'll pretend that I didn't see the question you asked in your first paragraph. It's not only ludicrous, but also puerile. For once, you got me thinking if I'm not wasting my time bandying words with an O'LEVEL holder. Your reasoning does seem like one. No offence!

Secondly, for every OLISEH & NEVILLE (great pundits that failed miserably at coaching job), there are several other ZIDANES, ENRIQUES, SIMEONE, MANCINI, ALONSOS, etc that succeeded. So, exactly what is your point? That great pundits don't make good coaches or what? huh huh

It's because of infantile assertions like this that the subject of LOGIC exists. Bros, your reasoning is horribly shallow and I'm shocked by the audacity with which you even displayed it. Anyways, it's a faceless forum, hence, even dumbos can have a say.

I knew you were going to avoid the first question.. Whenever you have succeeded in coaching your first team, then we can have this conversation..

Like you said, Nairaland is a faceless forum when someone who has never coached any football team in their entire life is better than all Premier league coaches put together..
