The government is squeezing the last drop of blood from average Nigerians across regions through all sorts of tarrifs/tax increases, and that is effecting the living standards very seriously in a negative way..

But I have a feeling that folks would start to push back when some of these Tilimgbus draconian/hein-ous tax policies start to kick in next year. They are basically trying to find some inventive ways to tax bank deposits while claiming they are using the banks to tax profits! Lol .

I mean, as a bank manager, how do you determine my profits from my business transactions through just my account balance!? So once there's an alert, the bank will collect 5 abi 10%

The policies of government is what drives prosperity or brings in poverty. Government policy if good or bad affects people directly or indirectly so calling govt out is well within accepted behaviour
