I was just laughing while reading this story. Na dis Gen Z tiktok pikin go quick pai papa kumuyi. Dis pikin no be like their papa wey pastor go correct wey go go for deliverance and begin to ask brothers to pray for them because they felt they have backslided. These ones go comot straight from Church if you rebuke them, enter clubs shap shap or start twerking on tiktok. If you pressure them too much dem fit commit suicide sef. This is the generation of vipers jesus was talking about.

Deeper life doesn't have Sunday school even for children talk more of youths. We don't have anything like teenage class, we have youth class. This is how they are addressed anywhere in deeper life in Nigeria. However I don't know how they call them outside Nigeria.

1st what you have in Deeper life is STS (Search the Scriptures) not Sunday School
2nd If you were assigned to take Sunday School as you claim and didn’t attend the Worker Meeting on Saturday. You should have known not to near the alter
3rd. You have elder and leaders who o complain to even if you don’t like how you were treated. Nobody is Lord over another and no one can’t go or be disciplined. (If the Pastor was wrong, who says he can’t go on discipline)
In all know you are not serving any man and whatsoever insult or embarrassment you receive, it’s not unto you alone but Christ suffered much shame for our salvation. So cheer up. Your time will come.

Some people have said she couldn't be saying the truth because Deeper Life don't called their morning service 'Sunday School' but Search The Scriptures. Also, their Search The Scriptures teachers are not chosen by an individual but in a meeting during the week. So she may just be looking for content.

Same thing that came to my mind... When did deeper life start using "Sunday school"

Also, an individual chose her ke? Them for don decide for Tuesday meeting and workers meeting on Saturday

Coming from someone who use to be a Deeper life member.

1. There's nothing like Sunday School in Deeper Life. It is called Search The Scripture class. And for you to take the Search The Scripture class, you will be a rep. Which means you will attend Tuesday Workers meeting and Saturday's workers meeting where preparation for both Sunday service and every other programs that would hold that week will be discussed.
2. There's nothing like Teenage class in Deeper Life. What we have is Children Church, Youth and adult church.
I seriously doubt if this event truly happened.

U dey even swear. No smoke without fire. If you are really serving God, you will go back to Him and report the pastor to your God. Shift. Not a true Christian you be.

There is nothing called "Sunday School" in deeper life.
Besides, people are not just assigned to teach as she claims, too much flaws in her story.
She probably isn't a member too, if not she would know there is always a workers meeting etc

I used to be a Deeper Life member but I can tell you for free, there's no love there. Most of them are hypocrites! I know what I'm saying.

I am not a deeper life member but this act is confusing.

Pastor told you not to take Sunday school, you became ashamed within the 4 walls of your small church but the shame now pushed you online to millions of people to tell them you are ashamed. I am not understanding this.

I was thrown out of the choir a couple of times, for not singing to key, but I never complained because I knew the leader has a valid reason for that. Was it embarrassing? Yes. Was I wrong not to sing to key at that level? Ohhhh Yes too.

Is it that her leader can not just take a decision that doesn't favor her? I don't understand her complain.

She was sincerely prepared but was completely demoralized by the pastor who clearly does not allow the Sunday school leaders to lead in peace...for me I would say, the Sunday school leader received the highest disgrace!

The pastor has no iota of regard for him.

1. Must you go to church?

2 things here :

1. Deeper life does NOT have anything called Sunday School, the equivalent of it is Search the Scriptures. For her to have called it "Sunday School", she's most likely a new member of the church and the pastor that stopped her is aware of this cos anybody wey don spend at least 1 year for Deeper life no fit call am "Sunday School". That is the standard. If peradventure, the lady is an old member of the church, then for her to have called it "Sunday School" implies that she's NOT even qualified to teach cos ANYBODY WEY DON ATTEND DEEPER LIFE EVEN FOR 6 MONTHS ON A STEADY NO GO EVER CALL AM "SUNDAY SCHOOL".

2. Deeper life does NOT have anything called Parish, the equivalent of it is District Church. It seems you are a CCC or RCCG member, na why u dey describe am as "Parish".

You people don't verify stuffs you post here. Saw the video a while back and she didn't mention deeper life, moreover they use "search the scriptures " not "Sunday school." You didn't even stop at tagging deeper life, you attached the founders image and the headquarters. It's not only deeper life that dresses this way, the op ought to at least know that fact. @topic she could have asked why she was rejected not come online to rant. Letting your anger or pain do the talking can be counterproductive atimes.

If your father corrects you, do you go to social media to broadcast it? Do you clap back at your father? She's obviously has issues which prevented her service.

Well, if I claim to be a member of a Catholic church but keep calling the Priest a Pastor, or say Sunday Service instead of Mass, you would definitely know I am not saying the truth.
