Any recognition that will not lead to UN approving and sending peace keeping force contermont to caricature of the whole UN order.. also the UN must spearhead the rebuilding of that country and hold the perpetrator of that massacre into account & justice. Every equipment and refinery destroyed will be replaced with money from the annexed territories. Putin have said it many times.

Over $6 trillion worth of rare earth metals. So u just dey waste your time. Everything lost will be replaced in 10 folds. People can be replaced.

But lands lost cannot be replaced.
