I really don't know what to say or how to express myself. What is wrong with the leadership of our country? What is wrong with the security apparatus and their officers...are we truly cursed? How can a rag tag band of criminals just pick our men just like that? Is it that they have not be given the permission to engage in pursuing or taking the battle to the bandits? Or what is it that is very hard for Commander in chief to give instruction for a full military operation to clear the sense forests? Why is it that we like blood too much? May God console their families, may God have mercy and being to an end all this madness and crass failure of government.

Plus, most of our income comes from oil. Tax forms less than 20% of government revenue. Budgets are determined by oil prices . Tinubu is focusing on tax because oil has fallen badly.

Plus most of our income comes from oil. Taxes don't form most of our income. Less than 30% of the taxable population pays taxes to federal and state governments. Most states even Lagos can't raise enough igr to survive

A serious restructuring is what will make Nigeria work, an honest man, one who is a true patriot is less likely able to afford party tickets, if he is crowdfunded from a place of love, INEC and the armed forces are on ground to make sure he loses.
What will bring this restructuring? You and I know "elections" isn't the answer, who are the ones contesting the positions? Current and past looters who want to return to the looting game, the current system is like a literal seesaw, if you're not on the right then you're on the left, one thing has being fairly constant over the years on both sides, the country keeps festering, deaths increasingly engulfing all the zones, professionals and middle class disappearing, children starving, expectant mothers dying, these people will not leave in a civil way, they must be chased out, and cast to the stake, Nigerians must take back Nigeria before it ceases to exist!!
