Doing adverts on Facebook for web developments what’s your experience?

This dudes charges me 200-500 per click and the clients are always not serious or ready and some would click and be begging you for money. What’s your experience and any ideas on where to do a web design advert?

Which serious business man runs ads on Facebook? I do run my ads only on Instagram and I do not link it to Facebook. I even do Tiktok and trust me the inflow is helping.

Again run away from FB ads.

I will get back to you kie, some would just click and message you even when they ain’t interested and waste your money.

I tried TikTok yesterday - it was always a waste for me “financial adverts”

This happens when your material is whack. Ensure your brand is branding before you go into digital marketing. Because you can do it doesn't mean you're doing it right 👍

Am trying nairaland ads. just placed my first 20k order want to see how it works here for webmasters since i don't want to start spaming forums and get banned.

Jesus and I don pay the 20k however these guys never credit my ad account since 3days they keep telling me they would on there WhatsApp and they don’t reply messages. Me self don confuse

May take about a week to two weeks some times

The most potent for web design I have seen is Google search and display ads

That gets atleast some results

Ultimate strategy is to be known in several forums
Both local and international
Delivering some sort of value every day

That's how you get some solid projects

Second one is to build apps people are really in need of, or for current trends
Btc apps , dating apps and sell while serving as support

What you heading for on nairaland is some 100-150k projects,you will get tired as this set of people don't know what support is, they buy domains and let it get expired the next year
The niche is overly competitive

Finally, having your own startup offering certain services
..you will have to think deep and build both in harvest and hunger.. especially if you are not making money for now

Another angle is to build in the areas of marketing because every business needs some marketing, meaning people will.be ready to give you money even to test out what you have

I usually follow trends using the most current thing ..over several WhatsApp groups

Doing Nairaland advert for a while now as a programmer ( web app developer) any idea of which forum to place ads on. Because I placed on business, career, jobs and programming and webmaster no single client 😂😂😂
