What I like about him is that he seems to be targeting matured women at least from the pictures of the women unlike some that target very young girls

Some people think anything and everything is cruise. If Rudeboy forgive, some brand in the future can just search his name and see where a rappe allegation was made against him and just drop him

The younger generations mostly think actions are without consequences and they are free to smear anyone without consequence just to trend and get online traffic
The false accuser has already deactivated her account but seems Rudeboy has promised to use all resources at his disposal to fish her out, make her either evidence of her accusation or enter Sanko to eat watery beans.

I sincerely hope he will not turn deaf ear to anybody begging him to let go.

Earlier today I read about a Nollywood Yoruba actress Eniola Ajao revealing how she had a blogger locked up for 2 weeks for defaming and cyberbullying her. The lady is a protege of Odunlade Adekola and was active during the burial ceremony of Odunlade Adekola's father over a month ago.

Based on a baseless rumor, the blogger alleged that the actress (Eniola) was in an illicit affair with her boss (Odunlade), hence her activeness at his father's burial. He was just sat down in his house and was fooolishly analyzing videos showing the lady at the said burial. He claimed she was moving like his mistress despite having no evidence to prove it. The lady claimed those posts made by the blogger affected her mental health portraying her as what she's not, so she petitioned the police to have him tried under the new cybercrime law.

The blogger slept 2 straight weeks in custody and his 3 wives and aged mother running around begging the actress for forgiveness. They pleaded with her to drop the case before he was released eventually. Imagine a full-grown man with 3 wives concerning himself about another person's life and fooling himself online in the name of blogging.

Older, Younger,.....both are possible. Also, it's possible he initiated the affair.

My issue with his post is the categorical statement that the power dynamics of Oga/maid made it impossible for the relationship to have been consensual, which I disagree with.

Whether na oga & subordinate, it could have been a consensual relationship, and the maid could have even been the initiator in this case hence the scenario I painted.
Oh yes, very possible actually.

So many possibilities......

I think y'all should chill with these steps/walkout routine y'all have been posting, because some people might be tempted to go on those walks in a bid to do 10000 steps like you guys, and they might not live to tell the story. 🥹

Lol.

It's only wise to start with about half of 10k steps if you're just starting.

Or at least, turn back when you're too tired to continue. And if you turn back when you're too tired to continue, you may even take a bike home to save your life.

This is true.

I have been doing this for at least 1 month now, so now I only feel a little stiffness in my waist afterwards.

However, the stiffness goes away as soon as I stretch my waist.

I like the fact that the man was kept in police custody for two weeks; this will serve as a lesson to others in the name of blogging. But I believe the law is made for the poor, if the man was influential, he wouldn’t have spent even one night in that police self-contained

Infidelity is often painted as a moral or emotional failing. But it is also an economic system, with rules, risks, and ripple effects. And until we look at it through the lens of money, ownership, and power, we will continue to raise generations of women who pay the highest price.

The hidden billions

Let’s stop whispering and start counting. Using reasonable assumptions about men who sustain “shadow households” through cash gifts, rent, cars, tuition, and property, Side Chick Economics conservatively moves

• Global: $80B – $460B annually

• Africa: $2B – $48B annually

• Nigeria: $0.7B – $9.7B annually

That’s not pocket change. To put it in perspective, the African Development Bank estimates that Africa’s infrastructure gap is $68B–$108B per year. Imagine if even a fraction of the billions lost to secrecy and secondary households were redirected to businesses, schools, or housing for legitimate posterity.

The World Bank reminds us that over 80 percent of employment in Africa is informal, and the informal economy accounts for as much as 55 percent of GDP in sub-Saharan Africa. Side-chick economics lives squarely in this hidden world: flows of money that never make it into family constitutions, probate courts, or honest ledgers.

Dangote has "allegedly" sacked all Nigerian employees of his refinery who joined PENGASSAN

https://www.nairaland.com/8527123/dangote-refinery-sacks-nigerian-employees

Word on the street is that Dangote as a group doesn't even pay well like that compared to other players in the various sectors/industry they operate; dem just get big name. Most likely the reason they are trying to frustrate efforts of staff of the oil and gas arm of the group from joining a powerful union like PENGASSAN.

This film go long sha.

If Union wasn't good, why will 90% of his local staff join, even against their employer's wish?

The comments I've been seeing online as regards this Dangote Vs Union issue has made me realize one thing; most Nigerians are tyrants and would also act worse than Dangote going by how they are trying to make sense out of his decisions on this matter. Most of them think Dangote being the principal promoter of Dangote Refinery should be allowed to block staff from joining trade unions (even if that is against Nigerian labor laws).

What they don't know is that other African countries Dangote has bueiness ventures like Ethiopia, Senegal,Cameroon, Ethiopia, Zambia, Tanzania, etc; he acts in accordance with the laws of those host countries. Whatever law that is in opration in those countries to protect the right of staff, he dares not contravene them if he wants to continue to enjoy smooth business operations.

Just look at his senior management in Nigeria(attached letterhead), na Indians he pack full am to deal with his fellow Nigerians. In some African countries they will dictate the number of top management that must be their own citizen except they don't have any local talent to fill the role.

Dangote has powerful friends in Nigeria so he will most likely win this battle sha. He will most likely ask the sacked staff to re-apply and when they do; he will give them a conditional offer. The offer for employment will be subject to a condition that they won't join any union throughout the course of their employment. I think this may be the idea behind the sack of the total workforce. It is a wicked HR strategy

When you are young and have not been burnt you will think you can do it all by yourself. More so if you did not grow up with parents in a unionised job.

If as a child you see your dad laid off with one month salary after 10 years you will know what good you can get from a union.

In those countries where he is operating, he will obey their own laws to the last letter.

Someone is contravening labour laws, and Nigerians are clapping from the comfort of their homes. How does this make sense?

Dangote is free to join Union, but 90% of his staff are not free to join....Make it make sense, abeg.
