I want to first of let you know that as a francophone your documents should be In french and not English. That is your first language and also your resident should be where you are bonafide residue. Earning 9500 usd and planning to fly to Canada is none of there business as it doesn't add up to there GDP nor taxes.
Your profile must align with your plans and lastly before you apply make sure you translate all your documents to French. Again I hope your schengen visa is not just a sticker for decoration, you did embark on those journey with entry and exit stamps on your passport. All the best and don't waste your money on any lawyer. Besides its called GCMS notes.

the timeless is short and denied rate is too much now
with 9500usd monthly salary as seaman and 56k CAD in my account and 3 Schengen visa , timeless within 20 days , got diened , they are not sure that I will leave the country ,what I will do there with my 9500usd/ monthly ? And I asked only 10 days tourist and officer say insuffisant found!
I asked for reconsideration before the GMDS will be out after that I will take lawyer for appeal

Hungary is among the Nato nation and share boundaries with other beautiful cities. Don't listen to what people write on NL. They are often perceived as (I dey my house and I know wetin happen for market) They always feel they know the mystery of the universe and they wish its only in there destination country is where the greener pasture plentiful. I will open my business and will indicate for them to stop by in future if they manage to come into the country.

Generally accommodation, feeding, and miscellaneous cost will be between 300-500 euros per month.
Air ticket can be found on booking websites like wakanow.
Visa fee can be found on the embassy website
Passport price and duration can be found on Nigeria immigration website

If your documents are complete they will issue you visa based on your overall assessment
