On the issue of consent to upload said pic, Shoodboi was dared to do so and this negates the consent requirement and provides legal justification for defence of the act

Now having said this, the additional dossiers Shoodboi claims to have, being leaked, could amount to a crime under the CyberCrime Act, because admittedly from Shoodboi himself, Ibime has since restricted access to them

Actually no, I never posted any link. His original moniker was his name and that's how it came about. It doesn't matter now, cos we are cordial and that beef was regretable

Him looking up his profile doesn't matter, what matters is what the info will be used for and in this case, it's to prove a point to a person(Ibime) who goaded him on when he (Shoodboi) informed him of his findings

Keep in mind that Shoodboi came across the public profile since March/April by his own admission and did nothing with the info therein for all those months...this doesn't speak to criminal intent

Cyberstalking is a crime which entails nefarious motives like malicious intent and merely seeking out a public profile doesn't amount to a crime, what makes it a crime is the action pursued thereafter

There are rules online

Mostly in a space you can't control like here
