All type of walk any type is good. It helps your heart. You know how you will be panting for breath when you climb stairs, gradually you will have more stamina

Though the person who does a more intense and longer time will have more than those that do less. e.g a marathon runner will be better than Grammarnazi but all exercise is good even if its just knacking your students, graduate assistants and non academic staff
