The local authority should come up with strategies to deter dumping waste there, for example installing CCTV in discreet positions around areas prone to dumping and prosecute those caught dumping and get them to pay heavy fines.

If WIKE decides to put a marksman there to shoot at anyone dumping refuse on a major road now, haters will start calling him a madman! Can a human being be madder than the people committing this eyesore? If they have problem with their refuse disposal, why not match to the nearest LGA to stage a protest rather than this animal-in-human-hide behaviour? Is it because they hate Tinubu and Wike so much that they will be committing atrocities just to give the government a bad name?
