Of course the judges are being directed and instructed on what to do! When we say there's no justice in Nigeria and that the so called 'Judiciary' is firmly in the pockets of the Yoruba/Fulani hegemonic alliance, we're justified to hold such a position! Just look at Nigeria today and how it's failing in all indices of development and markers of civilisation! A lot of myopic, Igbo-hating bigoted schmucks are too fargone in their hate and dependence on 'one Nigeria' not to realise that as they're trying to hold Ndigbo/Biafra down that they're also down on the floor as well! Nigeria has been groping in the dark from 1st Oct', 1960, and from the looks of things things are only gonna get worse!
And someone delivered this......🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😜🤣🤣😜😜😜😜😜.

Simple, return to your region. Turn it to paradise.

Stop running to Yoruba/Fulani region.

So them practically that you don't need them🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

This two tribes, that you keep on mentioning did not run to your region. ( To do what?). But you scattered everywhere in there regions! Who is holding who?

Even if Kanu is guilty or nothuh?

I heard him when he said
Kill Police....
Kill Tinubu
Kill Sanwolu
Kill Uzodinma

I heard him clearly instigating his street urchins to kill.

He was instructing them to burn down Lagos.

Okay, some fools is saying is an Innocent

Okay let court prove it beyond don't that he's innocent

When we read such statements, we are genuinely concerned. It is unhelpful to reduce serious national issues to tribal sentiments, as this only distracts from the real matter at hand. The individual in question has publicly available evidence against him — including videos and posts on Facebook and YouTube — where he openly incited unrest against the Nigerian State and Lagos State in particular.

Now that he has been invited to defend himself, it is disappointing that some would rather frame this as a tribal issue instead of allowing the process of accountability to take its course.

This pattern of turning every matter into an ethnic debate erodes trust and makes it difficult for people to confidently entrust national responsibilities to those who appear unwilling to rise above narrow affiliations. What is needed is fairness, transparency, and commitment to the rule of law — not divisive rhetoric.

Keep deceiving yourself around! The only thing you know as justice working is if Kanu wins; if if Kanu looses, then there is no justice just like if obi wins election, there is no rigging; but if obi looses election, they rigged. Judges doesn't work on your emotions. You want a terrorist Kanu that wasted many innocent lifes and youths to be freed without getting punished, right? That won't work! We warned him when he was active but he ignored wise counsel and didn't even listen to the elders advising him otherwise.

This is an open and close case.

The evidence against him is overwhelming.

Dude is going to a lifetime jail.
💯% facts

I also think that the federal government should address the underlying causes of the constant agitation for Biafra in the region and conduct a referendum for the SE to decide……. Anything else is just cosmetic as another Kanu will one day continue the agitation for Biafra

Federal government has no business conducting a referendum because secession is not in our constitution, FG doesn't want it... Nnamdi Azikiwe was the one that pushed for removal of succession clause in our constitution... southeast should do it's referendum.

I understand your point but I think the constitution should be reviewed to make provision for a referendum/secession - the law is made for man and not the other way round

Federal government doesn't want it...the entire political class of southeast have to accept the Biafra, and organise referendum for Igbos, but for now seems the political class are enjoying one Nigeria.

The SE governors can’t conduct a referendum without the FG approval. I believe we would prevent future conflicts if we amend the constitution now and allow for a referendum. Azikwe was short sighted to have spearheaded the removal

Democracy is about continuous dialogue and responding to issues as they arise

I pray this case will end in our lifetime.
Using legal ways and going back and forth will never resolve this case.
Have said it that only a political resolution can resolve this case
If we still decide to continue towing the legal path, even the very end will surely not be favorable.
We are all crossing our arms for his release....i can forsee it in 2039 when Peter Obi becomes the President...because na his turn that time.

Have southeast political class collectively shown their interest in it?

Have they shown any collective political will to actualise it?

Thats like asking if the Nigerian Police class have shown any interest in making Nigeria a better place, which is what they were elected for in the first place

My point is that referendums are important ingredients/tools for a functioning democracy. Therefore, the FG should re insert it back into the constitution regardless of whether the SE politicians or any other group are against it

That's the job of house of representatives members and senators, they amend laws...why don't you start by telling your men representing your constituents in the house to push the bill in the house of assembly and senate?

Nigeria is a federating unit, laws and constitutional matters are handled by house of representatives members, each state and region cry it's own cry, nobody will cry your cry for you.
