It's not actually a criminal offence in the nigerian constitution but the govt also has a duty to protect the public from contacting deadly incurable diseases that might likely spread during such absurd activity.

We need to start thinking of our upcoming generation, cuz they are our future, and our future is when we can't do anything on our own but with the help of these generation we are talking about.
