Davido’s personal aide and logistics manager, Israel Afeare, popularly known as Israel DMW, has stirred reactions online after flaunting his lavishly furnished home while reflecting on his humble beginnings. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

In a video shared on his Instagram page, Israel DMW showcased the stunning interior of his home, featuring modern couches, sleek chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a massive framed photo of Davido.

The Benin-born socialite, who recently made headlines following his split from ex-wife Sheila Courage, expressed deep gratitude to God for how far he has come.

“Thank you Baba God. I have a history of struggling to pay ₦10k for yearly house rentage,” he wrote.

Showing Receipts of Success

Not stopping there, Israel shared proof of his recent big purchase — a ₦3 million receipt — and made it clear that he has no plans to hide his achievements from anyone.

He boldly captioned:

“Na me get my receipts. If you buy your own, hide am.”

His post has since gone viral, with fans divided between celebrating his success story and criticizing his flamboyant lifestyle.

Luxury is a definition carved out by everyones perception

This may not be luxury to a yahoo boy who books Sheraton but it is surely luxury for someone struggling on the village.

The Sheratons hotels may be luxury for the yahoo boys but surely not luxury for the big corps CEOs who view Bora Bora, Santorini, and Hawaiian islands as luxury.

Those islands are luxury for the big corps CEOs but aren’t for the big Tech founders who view presidential villas and royal palaces as luxury.
