She obviously does not have a mother. if she does, she must have been put under pressure. If as a woman you are not married at 52 , honestly I don't know what is left to be enjoyed by whoever calls along at this point because I doubt if a single man who was never married can be interested again . .you may have to prepare to be a second wife or you remain single till you grow old.

After a wild life of smoking, drinking and random promiscuity, she said no to marriage except it's on her terms. 52 years old doesn't mean she is immune to the mistakes and wrong decisions of youth, especially during those years when a lady is high off the impression that every man is longing for her. In old age, may her memories of how she lived life on her own terms do what a loving, consistent husband and responsible children would have done for a mother who compromised to marry and build a family.

I don't think she's regretting her decision now. We haven't progressed like the west where they have elderly assisted homes scattered all over
