izzou:Obi is imperfect like every human on this earth , but honestly I admire how he’s kept it together and refused to budge under the immense blocks upon blocks of obstacles the ruling party has thrown at him. I like how he has conducted himself despite pressure from his own supporters to do “fire for fire “ and how even the ruling party and their underlining as have tried to probe him to lose his cool to commit political seppuku . He don try abeg ! If u look at people like DonJ that are hot blooded supporters that have asked him to throw caution to the wind at the risk of falling prey of the ruling party’s antics and even paid influencers like Reno that have been goading him ; Obi needs to be commended irrespective of his imperfections . On the Olubadan issue , until Ladoja the new Olubadan comes out to chastise Obi for calling him “my brother “ ; every other politician or paid influencer calling for Obi’s head are just doing their part to find something to drag Obi since the corruption angle has refused to work in their Favour . |

izzou:Dangote will learn in the oil and gas industry . I have a WhatsApp group screenshot I would’ve loved to share but due to privacy concerns I can’t . I learnt Dangote prohibited unionism in his Cement business, Fertilizer business , Sugar and flour business. He’s been getting away with it for long . He doesn’t allow workers in all the industries he’s invested in to unionize and he pays them peanuts compared to other industry players . He gets away with it because of his influential business name and the unemployment issue in naija . He wants to replicate same in the oil and gas industry but PENGASSAN is saying no because they know the implication of Dangote succeeding . He would give other employers in the sector something to ponder on and the oil and gas sector would become what the manufacturing sector has already become . His only option now is to incite Nigerians against the unions but unfortunately for him PENGASSAN is not NLC u can use politics to drag because NLC registered Labour Party . PENGASSAN will stand on business for their members . Dem deal with Abacha even when he was arresting their top members . |

BlueRayDick:When Reno dragged him yesterday, they showed him the exact same word in that of Tinubu and Atiku. He was mute. This strategy of attacking someone for anything and everything is toxic. Simple congratulations, and they have turned it to a lot. |

izzou:It only means they have nothing against him aside petty talks |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 12:38pm On Sep 28, 2025 |
BlueRayDick: Exactly what I thought about last night It's possible that Dangote is seriously fighting Unionism in his refinery, because he knows other of his companies would revolt if it happens. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 12:56pm On Sep 28, 2025 |
izzou:For Dangote , it is about him being successful with killing unionism at his refinery business so unionism can die in his other subsidiaries . For PENGASSAN , it is about calling Dangote’s bluff so that unionism in other oil and gas organizations doesn’t die a natural death once they see Dangote succeeding with his push at legalizing impunity . I’ve been seeing figures of what Dangote pays engineers and I just shake my head . A lot of ignorant Nigerians supporting Dangote don’t understand what employers in the oil gas space make daily in dollars . Dangote is not doing Nigeria Favour with his refinery at all. |

Ibime:Na only person wey dey follow SA affairs go know their race classification. Tiwa meant well, and I no go too blame her. She dey form african solidarity and elder but South Africans were having none of it. Tiwa Savage: “Where I am from, when something like that happens, The elder will come on behalf of the young one to apologise. Hahaha. If that wasn’t communicated well, on behalf of her, I would like to apologise'Lastly, the fact Tiwa is Nigerian and South Africans have beef with Nigeria(ns) also fuel the matta. |

semid4lyfe:At her age she suppose know racial classifications for SA na. Her lack of knowledge is inexcusable |

Ibime:You know Black Americans were vexxed by Tyla referring to herself as coloured instead of Black so many Black American influencers called for the boycott of Tyla's album on social media and in their communities. Tyla's album initially flopped in the early weeks after release before it rallied, and eventually finished average. I think the blowback Tyla got from Black Americans must have weighed on Tiwa's mind for her to have issued that apology. Tiwa is a deeply cultured and respectful person and simply did Omoluabi things by apologizing on behalf of her younger sister but S. Africans who are still stuck in apartheid victimhood and overly sensitive about race are just para-ing for nothing. Abeg, make dem free Tiwa. |

semid4lyfe:I feel you, but that's Akata people wahala. They should have been educated rather than apologising. Coloured is a distinctive race in SA and they have their own communities. No be say na derogatory word as the Akata people understand it. |

Shettima Don go find trouble. You never sort out your issues with security, you dey go talk about Gaza for UN. Now west do begin sponsor media propaganda focused on the "persecution of Christians in Nigeria". Oya nau |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 7:18am On Sep 29, 2025 |
liveLongNprospa:Personally I feel Nigeria as a nation ; we have our own internal problems that are bigger than Israel bs Gaza . In recent times we’ve seen increased killings in the middle belt involving bandits /militia and law enforcement agents . As recent as this past weekend people were killed by bandits who have been invading different communities in Kwara state . Last week I read the NYSC camp in Kwara state was shut down due to insecurity issues. I’m sure Nigerians will be more excited hearing the government talk about how they will resolve these insecurity issues so life will go back to normal for people from those parts of the country than listening to any talk about Gaza . The religious and the irreligious die in this country due to insecurity . Make our government focus on making the country safe for its citizens and let countries who don’t even care about Africans like us sort themselves .

BlueRayDick:I hope when vigilantes catches this bandit and burn them to death, people here will not claim they killed innocent northerners. This was how bandit and kidnappers where running mad in Edo north, Uromi and environs, until vigilante caught some with weapons and took action. Cos some people only condemn a bad action when it affects them personally... |

Jonathan really wants to put a final nail, to his coffin of humiliation in 2027. I hope he contests. |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by semid4lyfe(m): 9:12am On Sep 29, 2025*. Modified: 12:11pm On Sep 29, 2025 |
izzou:He's been moving like he's interested in contesting but I hope he doesn't. PDP and ADC are courting him cos he's the only Southern candidate who is constitutionally limited to a single four years term and is barred from re-contesting, which guarantees a return of power to the North in 2031. They feel that'd be an easier sell in the North than the promises of Peter Obi and Rotimi Amaechi to do a single term. Naija now be like Further Maths, and is 100x more difficult than 2015. If GEJ barely passed the Maths exam hin write from 2010 to 2015, then e too sure say hin go flunk this Further Maths exam of today. Funnily enough, as much as I like him, and supported him in 2015, I do think Peter Obi and PBAT are more suited to be at the helm of affairs now than Jonathan. Anyways, until hin talk with him mouth say hin go contest, I will continue to believe otherwise. Make hin no ruin the nostalgic respect and fondness that Nigerians have for him. |

semid4lyfe:His humiliation will be loud. So loud that for years, he would be the laughing stock of the media for a full tenure I don't even see what he intends to bring, other than "I can only do one tenure". Just hearing the rumors, and no story of him debunking it, dey turn my belle |

izzou:He is a politician, the lust for power and the daily music of surrounding sycophants is too difficult to resist.. I hope he musters strength and debunk these speculations once and for all. If he mumu dem go dent ein retirement loot seriously. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 10:18am On Sep 29, 2025 |
izzou:Na people like Prof Jerry Gana that have gone hungry since 2015 when Jonathan lost election that are pushing him . They want access to the cookie jar once more, but they are unwilling to decamp to APC and too proud to support any other candidate. They know Jonathan is a yes-man; the only one that can guarantee them unfettered access to chop wella if he makes it back to Aso rock. Jonathan will definitely lose scandalously if he decides to contest; APC won't even need to do much work to discredit his ambitions. They will just revisit the various corruption scandals of Jonathan's appointees and take off the leash of their propaganda machinery to go full force at him and his campaign |

The topic of Christian killings in northern Nigeria is trending many people are finding out that moderate Muslims aren't moderate after all. I keep saying this the difference between moderate Muslim and extremist AKA jihadist,is that one refuses to get their hands dirty at the same time sympathetic extremist cause. You want to know how Oct 7 happened it wasn't failure from IDF intelligence,it because Jacob descendants tried to separate Hamas from Palestinians,in return Palestinians working in Isr. ael from Gaza gave detailed movement of IDF movement, I will expand more if bot lets me. |
