I can't fall for such manipulative tactics or probably simple comprehension is the problem here.
Politics is largely about interests and not even the most diligent angel in heaven can develop Nigeria with such mentality of looting and corruption. Whether it is loan that requires repayment with interests,federal, state or local government allocations through hard biting direct and indirect taxes on the masses or crude oil revenues,all largely looted with impunity majorly in Africa.
