Prof. Isa Ali Ibrahim, CON @ProfIsaPantami

Last night, I received a friendly visit from His Excellency, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Professor Nentawe and I spent some years together at university while he was pursuing his Master's degree.

We reminisced and laughed about our university days. We also discussed education, economy, governance, and upcoming mother's burial, among many other topics.

We are appreciative of the National Chairman's visit.

Dada Olusegun is no longer laughing. Tinubu is now openly chasing after the Buhari bloc after alienating them from his government. Lessons will be learnt. Pantami's presence at the last ADC meeting sent jitters down their spine. As usual, agbadorians will be here to whine you that Pantami is irrelevant but their principal knows better.

After being called by the American security agencies to release all Apc terrorist list...obi has been pressing his neck to comply..the north is jettery about it and Apc want to handle him hope of rulling after obi..but it won't work.

He is the connection between the cpc faction that want out from the APC......you see him and he delivers your message to his group...... To they are only positioning themselves for patronage and would go with the highest bidder.....obi,atiku,tinubu,pdp, ADC anyone,you would be delusional if you think the masses interest is the major reason for their angst.

He took after the religious arm of the Buhari support base while Elrufai took the political arm, especially the young Northerners. The optics of Elrufai, Pantami and other close associates of Buhari being in the same party will be fatal to Tinubu's chances in the North. Northerners will take dressings from their leaders. That's why Tinubu will give an arm and a leg to have Kwankwaso decamp to the APC, but even that won't be enough.

Pantami is among few who are in charge of the late Buhari's political bloc. Tinubu needs at least 60% percent of that bloc to make any headway in 2027.

He is a popular islamic scholar and sheikh。He has massive following especially in northern Nigeria。In politics you follow the numbers。

na him be like the religious leaders/cleric "somehow" to command majority of buhari block vote on who to vote for. He was the one in a way that asked majority of the northern Muslim to vote for Tinubu in 2023 when the northern block vote wanted to betray Tinubu. Tinubu in a way didn't try to bring them in after he won.
