My Dad is 85 years old, he was a very active man, until he had an accident that now confine in within our house, he plays a lot of games with his old handset, always sends prayers to us!

Once in a while send pictures to us.

His old phone is spoilt and can not be repaired again

Please which handset should I buy for him, that will not attract attention to him in public, that will be strong and durable, that will not have a screen issues when it falls from his hands?

Nokia 3310. That's the one they can use and would not be stolen, and is rugged. I hear there is a new version of it in the market.

Buy him Itel city 100. He will enjoy it and send more prayers to you guys.

buy him an uncomplicated phone that doesn't require gestures like iOS. To be on the safer side, a Samsung S25 ultra with its huge clear display would be preferable.

Get itel phone between 100k -250k. Your dad will enjoy and like it

What’s your Budget? Samsung S8 Active built for ruggedness and construction works in mind

Buy him a Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra....so he can play more games and take more pictures.....and of course, use prayer 'finish' you

iPhone 17 pro max will be good for him, because of the durability.

Something that won't attract attention would be a flagship China phone like redmi or tecno etc..

I will suggest you get him the same brand and model of his old phone as his mind is already used to how that phone functions and wouldn't be a stress.

redmi 13c. Rugged phone especially if you add one of those screen protector that don't Break.

Great battery but would be nice if you add a 20,000 mah powerbank.

He'll be set for 4-5 days of the week without power supply.

I'm suggesting this because I've used tecno and infinix devices and I'm someone that's kinda careless with devices.

They keep falling from my hand, or I'm falling asleep on them.

Many develop faults soon but not this redmi device I'm currently using. Very durable stuff that I've even forgotten how to worry.

Buy infinix products. The parts are available and common. Almost any technician will repair it. It can also stand the test of time.

It used to be common so it won't call for attention.

Your budget determines which of them you buy. But I advise you don't do above 150k because it will be underused

Go get him one of those flips not andriod that will stress him, flips like Nokia 2720, 2660, agm flips.
