Shocked to find out that small Taiwan has a bigger debt than Russia. Even Poland owes more debt than Russia. How did Russia manage to owe so little? |

dermmy:You're right. Pezeshkian's meekness is logical for a country working round the clock for a surprise missile test, but we have to keep the Iran factor in mind. I can't say I share your optimism about them |

FoolishBoy419:Iran is surprising everyone with their incompetence, including their enemies. Iran is the embodiment of the statement, hope for the best but expect the worst. I expect the worst from Iran. Now, I'm pitying the Russians and Chinese deployed to Iran to manage and train Iranians on the air defense and other tech deployed since the 12D war. They will be collateral damage because of a boneheaded regime. -Lord |

LordAdam16:That's good news. I doubt they will deploy the new systems without getting the right ADs to take care of stand-off munitions and stealth drones though. They will stay hidden like their F4s unless Israeli jets comes within proper range. Round 2 will definitely happen before Trump leaves office. Israel is fast running out of favor with the American populace and any leader seeking a second term will have to watch how much support he renders to them. A lot of democrats refused to vote in the last election and now even Magas are feeling betrayed. I'm not a fan of Churchill but his famous quote applies perfectly to Iran. They had to choose between war and dishonor. They chose dishonor, and they'll still get war ![]() |

"In the final days of the war with Israel, we used a missile that, upon impact, broke into 80 small bombs and destroyed the entire surrounding area. Perhaps one reason Israel declared a ceasefire so early was that. In the recent war with Israel, we used only 30% of our capabilities and had prepared ourselves for at least two months of fighting. They should realize that if another war breaks out, we will redefine our red lines, and consequences will follow that I do not consider appropriate to reveal at this time." Former senior Iranian commander in an interview with IRIB Channel 6 The chest beating continues. The war should have lasted 30 days at least |

FoolishBoy419:Word on the grapevine is that Round 2 will happen before December. Israel has completed air defense preparations. Essentially it's a we've got 3-6 weeks to kill the Iranian honchos and destroy state institutions. In the long run, Israel is f*cked regardless of what happens with Iran. Pendulum swings in the US. Right now, it's on the right. When it swings to the left, Zionists will have a horrible time. They know they're on a clock. Obama negotiated the JCPOA. The next Dem President will go farther. On deployments, new ADs deployed will be manned by foreign advisors and trainers. Jets may be called into action this time as a Hail Mary because it should be an explosive, existential war for Iran. USreal will be fighting a regime change war, which generally means decapitation strikes and destruction of state facilities. Iran should respond in kind, but those id**ts may surprise with proportionality BS. Iran still has their missile cities intact, but who knows if they'll be able to keep the saboteurs out. The open ended ? is the involvement of Russia and China. Last time they stayed in the periphery, helping with ancillary missions like targeting, cyber defense, and fortifying communications. Russia and China have supplied ADs and more tech against the permutations of the Israelis. They believed it'd be the usual sluggish all talk little motion that had occurred prior to the 12D war. But the speed and intensity of the support has shocked the Israeli security establishment. Which is why we're getting the snapback, Patriot deliveries to Ukraine, and all that. Fundamentally, Iran is in as good a position as can be hoped for under the circumstances. But only Israel needs this war. Even the US does not want it. You've seen all the preparations they're making for Venezuela. That is right in their backyard and is significantly weaker. They've not done anything remotely similar for Iran. A nuke test will shut down this war before it starts. But Iran is inviting the attack by allowing Israel and its hawks in Washington to paint this as a "we'll get them this time. we underestimated them last time around". Remember these are the same people that thought Kursk was a great idea. You have to think like them. If China was not rapidly expanding their nuke arsenal and deploying new weapon systems every month, they'd have started sh*t in Taiwan. Russia has been playing nice. Look at their response. They keep pushing. Iran can keep testing ICBMs and setting up foreign ADs and building more missiles, the 🤡🤡🤡 will not be deterred until there's a nuke test. They view Iran's insistence on not getting a nuke as Iran's Achilles' heel. That Iran's stubbornness is their golden ticket. And the time to act is now before a more sensible crop take over. In fairness, you can't ask for a more brainless opponent than the current Iran. You kill their negotiators and they're calling you the next morning to inform you that their replacements are ready. -Lord |

An Israeli paper is reporting within the last few hours that the Israeli establishment is expecting an Iranian pre-emptive attack. On one hand, this is them hoping Iran attacks so they can use the "Israel has a right to defend itself" BS. On the other hand, they're setting up the stage for their own attack with the justification that they were trying to foil an impending Iranian attack. If Iran is to attack first, they should go all in. Set the pace from the start. If they're waiting for the first attack, then all VVIPs should go AWOL for the foreseeable future. -Lord |

usmanpogo:Of course I understand this. But you see APC is on another level of backwardness. It's like everyone in that party don't have sense . Even the ones who have , once they join the party, they just start reasoning backwards. Tribalism, terrorism is now on a very high level than we have ever seen with any other party at the helm of affairs. |

⚡Russia’s massive defense spending has locked its economy into a state of militarization, with factories producing 10× more tanks and 1.5 million drones in 2024 than before the war. $263 billion spent on defense (2022–24), no plans to scale back.

Let me repeat for those in the back. When Iran says it will never acquire nukes, this is how it is interpreted in Tel Aviv and hawkish section of Washington. USreal sees it as a declaration that they could do anything to Iran and Iran will still not get a nuke. They could assassinate Pezeshkian. They could assassinate Khamenei and his entire family. They could assassinate all the generals, all the heads of governments, the entire cabinet, and their entire families and Iran will never acquire nukes. Iran thinks saying it'll never acquire nukes is conciliatory. It isn't. It is a get out of jail free card to their enemies. And as USreal has killed their honchos and Iran has made no deviation to their stance. They are emboldened to kill more and be more ambitious. This is why I detest the mullahs. They have misread this situation so badly that they do not deserve to be custodians of Persian civilization any longer. You cannot tell a psychopath that there are no fatal consequences. No death penalty. No jail time. Just fines (that's the equivalent of missiles). You are just encouraging him. If Russia says they will never use nukes regardless of provocation, NATO will attempt to assassinate Putin the next minute. -Lord |

Jovi10:I think you're missing the point, before 2013 there was no APC, everyone in APC were members of a parties Like ACN (in the South West), CPC ( in the North ), ANPP (also in the south west) and nPDP. I think you harbor an illusion that other parties are different, everyone in APC today were members of other parties, APC in itself is just a label to mislead Nigerians, it's still the same set of politicians. Like I said before, there's nothing new happening, if the PDP wins election today people in APC will join them and they'll continue to rule together. The issue of tribalism, terrorism and banditry has been in our political sphere since time immemorial. The government indirectly supports these things, the government rewarded the militant in Niger Delta with the Amnesty program, just as they are rewarding the so called " repentant Boko haram" We have government official negotiating with bandits, all of these are clear indications we have always had a government that encourages political saboteurs. |
