This is emotional and at the time painful as this is the Arise TV journalist that was murdered by armed Robbers in Abuja

Sommie, 29, was not only a cherished member of the ARISE News family but also a vibrant voice that engaged and connected with our viewers.

May her soul continue to rest in the Lord.

Unfortunately, Nigeria happened to her like it has happened to other Nigerians under the tinubu government.

This country under tinubu has become a dangerous place to live in. If you get money, abeg leave this country to a saner clime.
Re: Emotional Post By The Late Arise TV Journalist, Sommie by Godfullsam(m): 2:31pm On Sep 30, 2025
May God rest her gentle soul. There is still no details about how she got kill by armed rubbers.

We don't know if the killers have been arrested or not.

May be Nigeria police are still busy looking for their stolen vehicle.

Isn't it same Nigeria that has happened to Otedola, Dangote and Dantata ?

Our mindset is critical to our outcomes.

Why not say may Alaygbo never happen to her ? Isn't why she ran to Abuja ?

Americans are trained to say " God bless America" old or young. The American Dream.

I am currently in Germany and I have to tell you - Oyinbo are where they are through collective efforts - Leaders & Followers.

Africa is where it is because of its people 🌍

RIP to her.

We need the state police like since yesterday. The current police is absolutely insufficient to tackle the security issue in Nigeria.

Nigeria happening to people means evils happening to them because Nigeria is a dysfunctional country.

The day you pass Seme border and see how organised smaller countries like Benin Rep and Togo are, you will be ashamed of Nigeria.

You see that evil word people say "Let Nigeria not happen to me" is the reason most people that say it become a victim of there word. Nigeria itself as a country is an entity and she has her own spirit. As long as you it's inhabitants feels she (Nigeria) is evil just because of the actions of you the inhabitants, she will continue to use your words against you and make you the victims of your own thoughts about her.
Nigeria is not a bad country, it is you people inhabiting it that is bad and evil.

Yes, Nigeria will happen to him and his family positively while that which you wish for your country will also happen to you and your family.
Today, an Hollywood actress was shot dead in America. Would you also say America happened to her? You people are just purely delusional and far from positive thinking.

Did the US happen to Charlie Kirk?.
Becareful what you wish for, don't always be negative. She asked Nigeria not to happen to her and the land heard her prayers by not giving her protection.

They thought they can use the statement to demarket the country but it is coming back to bite them. If you chose to be negative, you shall get the rewards and if you chose to be positive, the land will give it back to you.

She was not a hero. She was only a beautiful woman who read news daily. She sef chop from government money. She was an ambassador of sorts. They eat from the national cake and denounce the hardship which may touch them.

the Arise TV journalist that was murdered by armed Robbers in Abuja.
She wasn’t murdered. She killed herself. The robbers begged her not to jump but her mind was made up.
