You treat first, and talk about identification or law when patient is stable and responsive.

The hospitals are a microcosm of the Nigerian society; it's about money, greed, selfishness, and unethical behavior.

What you get in any Nigerian hospital is what you get from an average Nigerian. They are a reflection of the society in which they operate.

Before Obi can be taken seriously as a leader, he needs to demonstrate his ability to effectively address the heinous crimes plaguing the South East. At a minimum, he should strive to significantly reduce the crime rate in the region to prove his commitment and capability.
