Looks like you didn't read either. The Oba clearly said there cannot be an Iyeki General and that each Iyeki is attached to a separate market and none can lord it over another.

This Oba of Benin should be reminded that the appelate "OBA" is derived from Ile-Ife in Yoruba land.
