Let’s say you have ₦6 million and the cost of 1 plot in your preferred location is ₦6 million.

Would it be wiser to:
1️⃣ Buy a full plot at ₦6 million, or
2️⃣ Buy half a plot for ₦3 million and use the remaining ₦3 million to secure it — by starting foundation work, fencing the property, and completing all necessary documentation (survey plan, deed of assignment, architectural design, etc.)?

From an investment and security perspective, which do you think is the smarter decision? 🤔

I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments. 👇

Buy half plot, complete all the necessary documentation and secure it. This is just a suggestion o!

Personal house is not an asset but liability. The earlier people know that, the better for them

I disagree. You can only say this if you live in a state that's not viable economically. If you live in Lagos and you manage to get one, even if it's only you and your family that live there, trust me, you have conquered housing issue.

So, it's an asset, not liability as you claim!

You are not making money from it. Also when you consider the amount you will spend yearly on maintenance and tax then you will understand what I mean
