So in 2020 I got LG 1000watts 5.1 Channels Home Theater for ₦98,000.
Fast forward to now, I have been seeing Soundbars all over the place and I want to change my Home Theater.
Now I am confuse which to go for. Soundbar or LG Bodyguard.

Please which do you think is better .

1. Not noise but meaningful sound.
2. It saves space and blends more effortlessly and seamlessly with the aesthetics of your Living Room space.
3. It is the product of recent research and development in sound engineering - enjoy it!
3. Not ugly like the bodyguard.
4. Trending - feel the sound in the time!

Insightful. But I noticed the watts are low and expensive compared to Bodyguard.
Does the Watts really matter ?
Or I should go for one with Dolby Atmos?

After purchasing Harmon kardon onyx 9.

I feel like throwing away my 2000 watts plus lg body guard system.

E just dey make noise Compared to modern sound bars.

You must increase the volume to start feeling the bass but sound bars at low volume everything is balanced and you feel every output

Except you want your living room turned into a discotheque the Watts don’t matter. Go for it with Dolby Atmos.

Sound bar is much more modern and mature. Those home theater looks so 2009 and also makes the place tacky and makes the occupant look irresponsible, like a yahoo boy that would drown himself in drugs and start blaring music that would be heard 3 kilometers away

Soundbar is sexy and classic...the way it adorns your seating room hennn,and it is pure sound not noice

Paragraph 2 also very true! Automatically shuts off charging. Receives OTA software update from Harman Kardon and I was surprised. It reassured my heart I did not buy a fake Onyx 9!😇. In all, I corroborate your post!

Na the shop I first download the "one app" take pair the speaker to be sure of it's authenticity . Lol

Before them sell me fake for original price.

I downloaded the Harman/Kardon app and paired the speaker only after receiving the Onyx 9 and was scared I had bought a fake device for so much! Not long after the app reported it needed to update the speaker's software and was I glad after the update! Onyx 9 is a fantastic speaker!
